They tell you noni. And even send you a mail that, "A payment reminder has been sent to so so.""
When I asked the account manager or something like that how many days interval they send the reminder, he said automated ones are send once a week and humans follow up after 48 hours so it doesn't feel like they're hassling them.

Go to your sales activity, click on the domain. When it opens scroll to edit and change it from sold to not sold.
You can then continue with your outbound while waiting for buyer to pay

Dan don't send payment reminders when you import a lead, it's only when offer came through Dan that they send reminders.

Finally my afternic account is restored.

You can list on Dan and send him the direct purchase link so he can purchase the domain through Dan's marketplace.

Or you contact Rob of Epik to help out.
