Welcome to the 2021/2022 MLB season! I am excited about this season especially because of the young players who will electrify us and look to change the direction of the game. I am talking about players like J. Soto (Nationals), F. Tatis Jr (Padres), V. Guerrero (Blue Jays). This is an very important season for the MLB because viewership and interest is dropping tremendously and MLB understands they have to let go of some of the old unwritten rules and allow players become more expressive.

As for my Cubs? Dem start the season with a loss. I saw the first 5 innings. I don't expect much from us this season. It almost feels like a total rebuild at this point.

That baseball na one sport I never understood till date but I heard it's a punters delight so I'm curious

This Denver Nuggets team look really good together. I used to worry they were guard heavy but all that has changed with the trades they completed during the deadline.
A. Gordon looks like a different players especially on defense. I don’t think I have ever seen him move his feet as much as he has done since he joined the Nuggets. He is guarding one through five positions..

I am worried about the Clippers..

If you are not watching the Zags v UCLA, you are missing. The Bruins are trying sooo hard to keep the tempo of this game slow as it is the only way they stand a chance against the Zags. This is infact the first time an opponent has stayed with the Zags this long, keeping the score line within 2 buckets.

It's Gordon's defense that has impressed me more than anything. He is moving his feet and guarding multiple positions which takes a lot of the burden off Jokic. This is Jokic's MVP crown to lose and winning is an important variable. If they continue to win they will climb the standing and that will help with his case especially since he is playing in the West.

I just wish referees will play less of a role in basketball games. I know UCLA is a cinderalla story and their coach is on point, but this game against Gonzaga is close partly because the referees are whistling friendlier to UCLA. I hope it is just me but that is what I can see.

The Bruins have hit the magic number 70 and that means this is going to be a nail biter.

Last night’s game between UCLA and Gonzaga is one the reasons I love college hoops. It is also another reason why I argue in support of keeping it amateur.. What a performance by both teams!

Remember when I said we needed to give "Time Lord" more minutes? Well, he is getting them and has absolutely been unplayable. He has to be our single most important offseason business. Good to see Langford back, I have a feeling he will come really good if we remain patient with managing his injuries.

Coveniently, you guys are selectively forgetting that the current wave of superteaming and ring chasing mindset was triggered after a 73-9 GS Warriors, with the then current MVP and 3 All Stars, acquired Kevin Durant, the greatest scorer in NBA history and made themselves unplayable, blotting out any iota of competition in the NBA for 3 seasons and 2 rings until injury scuppered that unfair dominance.

Ok. So why I've often felt Steve Kerr is a tad overrated I strongly believe if these Warriors don't make the play in then questions need to be asked. The idea that if your team is not in contention for a title then you should just flat out not try to compete is flat out asinine to me. That is what guys like Draymond are openly saying and that's what the body language seems to be saying all around the franchise. At the very minimum show some fighting spirit

Oh my! The 3 headed guard monster of Baylor are giving it to Gonzaga. They seem like a step ahead of the Zags.. They are rebounding better on both ends and have more energy.. The Zags may be digging themselves too deep into a hole.

The Zags fight back to reduce the deficit to 10, remember, they were down by 19 at some point.

You can't turn the ball over against this Baylor side because they will make you pay on the other end.

Mark Few has to slow this game if his team stands any chance of turning this around. I know! Its ironic because fast paced transition basketball is how the Zags want to play but against this Baylor side? They have matched their pace and overmatched their energy and intensity. Baylor is punishing them with quick transition buckets and making their 3 point shots. You have to slow this game down and make it a half court game.

The Zags look defeated, their entire demeanor look deflated.

Lol. You said all these things only to bring up defense? I thought you were going to mention rebounding, playmaking, passing and all the rest .

KD's defense is just as good as any average player's defense out there. We know the great defenders in this league. We know guys that have at least 2 very good attributes. Harden is a great scorer and also a great playmaker. KD's defense can't even be mentioned in the same sentence with Harden's playmaking in terms of second best attribute. Or LeBron's floor control/passing, or Giannis' defense. All these are their second best attributes.

E say na defense Someone that has not made one single all-defense team in his entire career. Go sleep my friend
