If STD, lay low and treat it, do not bump with the wife unless 100% free from it.. do a follow up test to confirm.. this is heavy already, don't make her suffer extra.

If HIV which I don't think it is, do a follow up test to confirm... and check again few weeks later.

You gotta tell her this time because there isn't a 100% cure for that bad Boi yet.

But do not tell the wife while she is still pregnant, she still gotta give birth and you don't want to lose her ... giving birth is a major health cycle women go through, she might remember your did and with the heart break, give up at a critical moment... you might go from an adulterer to a murderer very quick.. so be careful.

What symptoms are you having and why tie them to HIV? I am glad you have realized your mistakes. Even though I think its your mind playing games with you, your best shot is to run the test to rule out the presence of the virus.

Has it occurred to you also that what you have may just be a flu or even malaria? Malaria these days manifest with flu and sometimes, the flu might trigger the enlargement of the lymph nodes. You may have tortured yourself for nothing, but I hope the lesson gained from this torture stands.
