Try to do a research of top investments / industries being setup in Nigeria (I mean multi million USD investments), over the past 5 years, including investments in petrochemical industries and manufacturing etc. How many of them are in states like Delta, Bayelsa and Rivers?

That was what Tompolo took away. We are talking mass, long-term economically beneficial investments. Not paying a few miscreants to assuage their destructive tendencies.

We are talking enabling environments for private investments. Not payments made to keep a few criminals in check. This has to stop if we must make meaningful progress.
