You can't transfer any app on external memory except videos, music and pictures. Any app you download goes to internal memory.

I have an infinix hot note (x551 16gb + 1gb) that crashed during system update while trying to help someone, so there is no way to shut it down again and I have also factory reset which now made it worse cos I lost the update in cache (my mistake)
