First of all congratulations!

Secondly, your case is a little tricky. I know for a fact that the US embassy do not like giving visa to a pregnant lady, probably because the US is trying to discourage people getting US citizenship for their children through the back door. However, it is clear in your case that you are seeking visa because you want to go for studies. So on this note, your visa approval is going to be 50/50.

Thirdly, going with your husband is another 50/50. While on one hand having him with you would be considered positive as you balance your pregnancy and the rigor of the US graduate school, the VO would want to know how you can carter for urself and your husband.

I would say take your chances. Whatever you do, DO NOT defer the admission. If you do, you will most likely lose the funding. They will not tell you, but that is what happens 9 times out of 10.
