I advice that u get a company account, have ur business dealings with ur company acct and then separate ur funds... if possible do what has worked for majority... open a company acct and have ur business dealings from there and pay yourself a monthly salary, must not be a fixed amount but should be constant... pay urself and from there u would have a better chance at having an idea of what to put as ur income, ur expenditure and finally ur disposable income.

Lastly while i appreciate that u have applied and successfully obtained a south african visa I must let you know that the way of thinking of their visa officers is way different. The uk application system has so changed, if u dnt dot your i’s so much so, just get ready for a refusal... and then when u keep goin back wtiut handling the matter from the drawing board, u will still get denied... in no near time u are seen as desperate and wud have succeeded in building a bad history.

U can not compare the scrutiny Nigerians applying from Nigeria for UK visas face at the moment to that of South africa, you cannot can! It is almost like every Nigerian wants to get a visa to go and live illegally in the uk.. and so they just overly scrutinize our applications! There is no room for confusion and over complicated statement of accounts, u make it so easy to be denied..
pls take ur time and dnt make mistakes.

@giselle thank very much for your great work bros and thx for making people understand what they don't is only God can reward you for your great job kudos....I will follow all your advise. Please can I open another personal account if necessary? Or can I still be using another personal account I had before ? Because I don't want any unexplained deposit to be reflected when I open my company account and start paying myself monthly salary?

Lastly if I wanted to apply by November as you said I will not submitted my company account with my application? only my personal account that my monthly salary is deposit from my company account?

U can still use ur personal acct for ur daily life. Just keep a clean account, ur salary could range from 350 to 400 with a monthly expense of 50 to 80k. In that at the end of the month you have at least 300k per month for disposable income. When it’s time for visa, you would have had a substantive acct balance and possibly okay enough to show good economic ties.
Also in the meantime, feel free to work on buckling up your business to present it as a financial, economic and asset tie to Nigeria.
Pls I am only telling you what has worked for several, not that it is the clear cut way. Again this is strictly my opinion.

Hi Everyone! for a business visiting visa, does my employer need to provide their bank statement since they will be covering the expenses for my trip?

Please can you explain what you mean by feel free to work on buckling up your business to present it as a financial, economic and asset tie to Nigeria.Pls I am only telling you what has worked for several, not that it is the clear cut way. Again this is strictly my opinion.

NB: Have been running my business with my personal account for over a year now which I have total amount of 8m. Please can you advise me how I can move this money to my company account after i open my company account ?

Secondly every month my income from my business is minimum of 500k gain at time I see 700k because I do sell like 2 or 3 used cars in a month plus sales of building materials .... So my salary from my business in a month is up to 500k to 750k .

I'm a family man with kids which my monthly expenses is range of 150k to 200k

Please advise me how I can later move the money I have in my personal account to my company account after I successfully open my company account?

Good morning bro, I followed you on south African visa application thread, and I knew you came back of recent..... Concerning the company account opening you will need scuml to open the account, also leave the money in your account alone sir, just withdraw your salary from your personal account and deposit it at the bank to your company account and transfer it back to your personal account on a monthly basis, and also withdraw just #50k for disposable income monthly, #150-200k too much abeg, and LASTLY ONCE YOUR COMPANY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN OPEN, DONT EVER GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT AGAIN..... don't rush and shoot yourself on the leg ✌️

Your company needs to provide you with bank statements, anybody acting as sponsors must provide financial statements.

The simple explanation is that you are going to the uk for enjoyment so you cannot rely on your business account's bank statements alone for your application because ordinarily the funds there should represent money meant for business expenses.make the funds meant for your proposed trip available in your personal account.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Nobody: 7:25am On Apr 25, 2021
For a business visa, I don't think your company's bank statement is necessary. I highly doubt that you would even get it - especially if it isn't a one-man business. You need to provide your own bank statements and payslips, letter of invitation, letter of introduction from your employer (stamped and on official letterhead, stating that you are employed by them, your employment date and so on) and evidence of employment (i.e. employment letters, promotion letters, etc). I have applied for a UK visa twice (the most recent in 2019) and did not have to submit my employer's bank details.

Like I use to say and strongly believe, there is no one size fits all when applying for visa it will largely depend on individuals circumstances and situation.
The writer states that he/she is applying for a business visitors visa that now falls under the category of standard visitors visa (business) with resisted activities like attending meetings, conferences etc, he has also stated that he/she will be financed by his company, for his company to sponsor his visa I believe what he is going there for will be of benefit to the company. Now let’s take attending conference for instance which he will learn more and come back to affect the company positively and the company has decided to sponsor him the company will be expected to show there financial statement being the sponsor.

Tomorrow I will get my company account set up and start using it for business transaction and paying myself monthly salary from range of 350k to 450k to my personal saving account. Also can I be paying my wife too because she's part of the company direction and secretary that I used to registered my company CAC?

Lastly question: when I'm ready to apply for a visa which bank statements I will submitted? Is it both my company account and my salary account ? Or only my salary account.....?

Thanks alot for all the time...

Chiefs my brother in-law who is waiting for service want to spend few months in the UK for visit. No job, but was able to save 300k or so from parents allawee and possible overhiked school fees. What are the chances of him getting an invite from me without the same surname. Any idea or help?

Afternoon boss, firstly will your wife be applying with you when you intend to apply? If not there is no need to pay her any salary....

Secondly you will apply with your personal account and not your company account, the money in your company account is strictly meant for the running of your business not for pleasure ✌️

So far nothing tie your brother-in-law to Nigeria, his chances are very low.I would advise him to apply when there is a significant change in his circumstance.

Good morning everyone,
I’d like to apply for visit visa (2years) instead of 6months.
Any idea if this will come out positive? I had a study visa in 2015 and that’s a long time.
