How about greedy landlord/landlady who are fond of evicted tenant yearly, so they can collect another agency and agreement fee from their new tenant. If you give me a quit notice 6 months before my tenancy expires, sorry i won't take it. if her Rent hasn't expired you have no right to serve her a notice,wait till the last day of her Rent and serve her the notice,be rest assured that she can still stay up to 6months before you can evict her

The level of ignorance in your comment amazes me. 6 months without collecting cash. You can serve notice of quit 6 months before your tenant's rent expires. So there's no free occupation. Unless you as the landlord serves the notice after the rent expires.

Make report to the police and they will summon her.

You're entitles to a NOTICE of half the term of the rent. Since its mostly annual, notice period is 6 months.
Notice period DOES NOT mean you'll live there rent free.

you better read the tenancy law, the 6 month's is not free unless the Landlord want's to waive the rent for you.

I have been trying to check location but so many issue rent her fucking expensive. one need to select location, your work environment and so many other things I can't mention. at least it should be better than where you currently staying.
