Hello house pls I need your advice, my wife got unconditional offer from Oxford Brooke for public health , I have paid deposit but there are some schools she is waiting for nursing mental health offer , if the offer eventually come can I get refund for the deposit or should just go ahead with the public health with Oxford Brooke ? After her course she can then enroll for mental health nursing. Pls help a brother I have been calculating and don’t want to lose on both side of the coins

It is not accredited. I was going to apply for the course, but had to check BPS website to confirm accreditation.

Check other schools with accredited courses abeg. I got offer for Health Psychology at Stirling.

You should have asked this question before paying any deposit...... a lot of schools don't refund money and at the moment I would say mental health has more post job opportunities than public health

I know this is a second thought cos OBU has Mental Health as well,has she done her Interview ? If truly she want this,13900 a year tuition fee is a lot. Why not apply for Jan term,is just 3 moths in between sept and January. I was in shoes in jan but I decided to wait till sept ,this is just my opinion bro. Your choice should outweigh my opinion

Unfortunately, your dependant cannot come for an undergraduate program. Even if you have post study visa when you graduate, you cannot also bring her because the current rule say you must bring your spouse to the UK before you graduate to be eligible for dependant visa

SOLUTION

Apply for an MSc program in the area you have work experience in.

If you have HND or Third class, try Sheffield Hallam, Roehampton and other schools that accept 2.2.

You MUST HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN YOUR PROPOSED FIELD.

Follow I and emmaze2000 advice on page 252.

We have tried online but it's not going as you will see a closer date there but when you submit your booking, it will show an error message and when we called, we were told that the next available date is July 25th for Lagos and June forAbuja. My husband really needs a recent date as his 28 days has started counting.

Congratulations. So happy for you.
You have saved not only money and time but your wife can now come with you as MSc students can bring dependents .

Moreso, Wales is relatively cheap compared to other areas in UK and job is also available hence suitable for families with a budget.

But it might be boring especially if you are in areas with high intensity Welsh language. If you are bored, after studies, you can move to other cities in the UK.

Guys, abeg which other schools provide flexible payment plans like Teeside and GCU but does not require 28days POF before issuing CAS for students? I don tire for this UK schools and their 50% deposits
