Look at the way the media is painting the whole thing as if they would hand over the money to him and let him handle transfer dealings personally.

Chelsea have those who handles transfer dealings for the club, the only problem that may arise is when they go ahead to get players the coach doesn't need.

Chelsea need a physical striker like Diego Costa in the team, and not haaaland, oluku lukaku. If they can't get an agressive striker like Diego Costa, then Tuchel should just focus on improving Abraham and co.
