igbizen:Where did you see that? UACN or UAC-PROP? For UACN, there's 5M+ bids Vs 6M offers while UAC-PROP has 19.6M bids against 9.5M offers........as at now. Anyway, the letter says: ** Custodian has been authorized by SEC to buy out minority shareholders ** Custodian is the majority shareholder and majority carries the vote ** Buy-out price is 0.90kobo ** Qualification date was expected to be14th May, 2021 ** Offer opens on May 31 and close on July 2, 2021 Will the offer be opened to minority shareholders to indicate interest to sell? The amount of offer to sell Zenith on a daily basis exceed the amount of bids. often times offer to sell doubles bid to buy. Ordinarily this should make the price of Zenith to drop. But I just don't understand why the price is now stuck on N23. While UBA has more bids than offer but the price is not going up soon. For fear of poor dividends. Or is it fear of Audio results.
