Well how football works is you earn a call up to the National team from your club side so if Nwakali can’t step up on club colors, he might never get that call up
So just for my education please kindly tutor me on how Marcus earned his call up, same for Okoye when he was in the abyss of German soccer. I can agree that Shehu and Musa have earned theirs from historical performance (which isn't current). Thank you sir.

I will rather have nwakali than that marcus

But because Okoye was called from division 4 means you should be making a case for others ? This is why many people fail as coaches

Shehu and musa have no business on that team

If I am the coach none of them and the Marcus guy will make my team

It seems you are still not getting it. I understood the joke 100% but there was no need for such joke reference if you had understood the simple statement. That is my point.

"Rohr is not this silly" clearly leaves an opening in the statement that silently insinuates that Rohr can be silly sometimes. The word "this" in that statement makes that "unspoken" insinuation alive.

In other words, I already indicated he can be silly so there was no need for your joke reference on him being silly. Tu comprends? wink

What is good for the goose is good for the gander. While you are correct many bad precedents have been set, if Marcus, why not Nwakali and Nwobodo? For me it just shows callups are not earned ONLY by club performance, kapisch!

He got it hot when he crossed the line. Acted like a Dumbsmith. Abeg leave matter jare. I cannot believe he had to go to the extent of lying about Billing Freekicks stats. Agenda for sure.

The earlier you people accept that in as much as you are looking for loyalty from these players, that football is their job, that is where they get their daily bread, that is what they do for a living and who wouldn’t want the more juiciest offer in this life. To be honest these players are not blind, they go on social media too, they read the news and their dad been Nigerian too
If you as a Nigerian after you don finally find means japa, God do am for you, you were able to leave this country, you have dual citizenship one way or the either with maybe UK or Europe. If you son happens to be a footballer, common with the way the country is, let’s even just focus on the footballing side, they are not blind it is on news that this county owe players, no be today, I won’t be surprised if any news comes out today that Mikel is still been owed, it is on news how this country treat their ex players. Maybe we just use our emotions to yab this players because they chose to fight for a better future, in as much as sports is fun, it is their job, that is what they feed on and grow their life with and no one like to be owed, everybody wants a better life too. We can put aside our emotions, if I think I am good enough to fight for a starting shirt for England or France and co, I will put up that fight, you think I want to be owed. This is a sport where anyone can go on one year injury. This is my job, what happens if I gets injury of such, you think I just want to be forgotten. You people can abuse them all you want but deep down you would not blame them for putting up the fight to play for a better country, everyone wants a better life

But the fact that they chose to fight for a better country, a better life does not change the fact that they are better than what we have.
To be honest Billing is good enough to make that Denmark squad but if coach no rate you, he no rate you or probably the coach no like you or whatever reason the coach no dey call you just like Laporte, he was also waiting for France call up, and he didn’t get, he moved on, he changed his mind as he could represent Spain. Spain no do agidi because they knows he is better than all what they have
If Billing waited for Denmark and he didn’t get and he decides it time to move on, if he is better than what we have, why make dem no call am? And to be honest except Ndidi, he is better than any other DM we have.
Zaha self was 25 before he converted to Ivory Coast so make dem come reject am because he was fight for English shirt before ba?
You can call them names all you want but that is their job and what they feed on and you are telling me I have the opportunity to fight for a country where I will be owed salary or the one I won’t be getting my pay
The risk of my job is getting injured, so you are going to just leave me if I get injured
They are human beings too, they think about all these things
You guys talk about how you will be bagging up deals once you put on the England shirt and you are expecting them not to to fight to put on that jersey
You should cut them some slack, it doesn’t change anything. If they decide to represent Nigeria tomorrow, they should be called if they are good and better than what we have
There are a lot of Nigerians with dual citizenship in down of English isthman league or national league, so if anyone of them decide early in their career that they would want to represent Nigeria even if they are not up to standards they should be the ones we should be calling abi because they made commitment to Super Eagles early in their career, all that one no follow
You people keep making a case for Nwakali, instead of you people to leave the lad let him show that he is better or even as good as you guys hype him here, una no go allow us hear word. Note, I am not saying Nwakali can’t be better but he has been exposed to the so called world class facility since entering Europe after the U17 World Cup so what is still his excuse. Osimhen, Ndidi, Chukwueze have all step up their game since then so until Nwakali prove that he is better than whoever you guys claim he is better than, he isn’t, no be by make una dey tell us for here say Nwakali is good at this or that, let him show us on the pitch
You guys keep shouting the players should make their decision and when they do, you start saying they were using you to catch cruise before so you don’t want when they still have solid good number of years
No body said we should not go and '' beg'' them, in fact they av improve our NT but not some dude that is taking a whole Nigeria for granted. For goodness say... I agree with you on the negative aspect of Nigerian media can make one have issues representing Nigeria, however Billing is an adult and he made his decision to represent Denmark, he already has 1 senior cap for them, if he decides to represent Nigeria today and the next day he is called up by Denmark he will make a u-turn like he doesn't know what Nigeria is, it is his right to do that but the country also has the right too not to call him up, I wouldn't want such a mercenary in the SE we all saw it with Dennis Aogo and Sidney Sam under Amodu and Keshi respectively, same with KPB for Ghana. I'm not Rohr but I sincerely hope that he doesn't play for the SE.

What level of commitment do you think he will have in the SE? this is someone who said he is 100 percent Danish. A Croatian Borna Sosa player recently decided to represent Germany but after getting his passport it turned out he wasn't eligible to play for them and rightly so the Croatian FA and fans are angry with him and don't want him near their team, he was left out of their Euro 2020 squad despite his talent. Billing should fight his way into the Danish team, we are not Mali or Benin Republic

TheSuperNerd:
As usual, when caught with your pants down lying about stats you bring out from "nowhere", you begin typing irrelevant off-tangent epistles and dropping words like "dumb" which easily describes all you have typed both below and in the previous post. What kind of a Super Eagles Camp reporter are you anyway?? Lying to sell a crap player?? Why taking me through a history of Nwakali's past? Is that relevant to his 20/21 stats? And did you just say Nwobodo doesn't play DMF?? You clearly don't know Nwobodo and haven't watched him at all in Turkey!!!

Now, The comparison between Billing and Nwobodo/Nwakali was limited to just the defensive metrics IN THE PRESENT and most recent times. Interceptions and Tackles according to their 20/21 stats showing current form.
This was to prove that indeed the Billing you are desperate to sell to us (albeit falsely) is crap Defensively!!! And Defensively LAZY!!!

I mean he's so defensively lazy that an Nwakali who has played predominantly as CM this season has better defensive stats than him and Nwobodo is a direct comparison because both he and Billing play same DMF role for their respective clubsides. So that was the angle but as usual, you were NOT SMART to see it. Really letting your name down. wink

Billing scored 8 goals and so what?? Dude is bloody average abeg. Will offer us little to nothing defensively and we already have a goalscoring midfielder in Aribo. What we need are proper midfield ballers who can dictate play while still offering cover in the middle and not some over-entitled defensively poor CDM you are desperate to sell here.

In case you don't know, I was the first moniker to drop Billing's name on this thread years ago analysing how he could be an option before he began showing us his real character color.

So next time you wanna lie here about Billing and his non-existent free kick stats or about Olise's freekick ability, abeg check well, because I don't swallow posts without due check.

Nice try Smith but as usual, you got schooled again. grin
Billing played mostly as a CMF this season though he also played as an AMF too.

Leave Nigeria abi Africa. We all know everything for here na mago mago, you just need to know someone and you are in, nothing is on merit here so let’s leave out the Marcus or Okoye. We all know that there was some underground work we don’t know about but in the western world, football powerhouse. You earn a call up from your performance at club level, unless you are really already a star player like Hazard, despite his bad form, he would always still get that Belgian call up as long as he is not injured but it won’t be the case of someone fixing him in the team because he knows someone in their FA or something

I never said we should go and beg him to play. He said he is 100% danish, well was he lieing? Was he not born in Denmark? He has affiliation to Nigeria through his father does not mean he was lieing when he said he was Danish. So now that he rescind his decision and say he wants to play for Nigeria as he is eligible to play for Nigeria so we should not call him because he said he wanted to play for Denmark before? The same media that he used to tell you he wants to fight for Denmark shirt is the same media he is using to tell you he wants to play for you so what else do you want? He is just 24 years, not that he does not have anything to offer. Him getting call up does not mean he would be called always or play, if someone else comes up tomorrow that is better than him or performing better than him of course his call up is not certain any longer but for now he is better than any DM we have except Ndidi so why should we not call him if he rescind his decision to play for Nigeria because he said he wanted to play for Denmark before

If billing really wants to play for naija trust me he will and there is nothing anybody can do about that as their opinion ends inside their toilet
What did you mean by childish and emotional, is it not billing we are talking about or is it another player. Everybody here is open to exceptional FB better than our own not player like billing that even reject us. He is not exceptional bring in another played and let see if you will see anybody to call childish or emotional. Merci

Abeg leave smartsmith alone

They both insulted themselves

You don’t need to be one sided

And I believe the both of them are good
I have never supported hurling insult on another person whether physically or online. The Supernerd and Smartsmith both didn't do well today. Both need to be called to order.
