Yes. There are different types and stages of autism. Some can be very violent and attack people that's why you see those one's tied up. While some are gentle.

This guy's case is not so gentle as he's still needs some assistance from his sisters to keep calm, the day I watched his documentary. Not like hes that violent but the sisters kept holding and guiding his movements to keep him calm. If you watch, the way his father held him in that pics is still part of the assistance.
