Could be some ulcerative issue.

No need to worry too much, if not that alone will cause high blood pressure.

so a cardiologist looked at these readings and told you that you were fine ? what kind of quack cardiologists are being churned out these days ? ok first off i see
1- a bunble branch block in lead v1
2-the repolarization ST segment in lead 2 is off
3- The PR interval looks long so thats AV node block

putting it all together, and you say you are only 22 but there is some kind of blockage in the lateral anterior descending artery. but since you are 22 maybe you have iron deficiency ? are you anemic ? have you abused antibiotics in the past that has messed up your gut flora ?
please I will like to discuss with you privately, here is my WhatsApp number 08030651947. Thanks

I am a guy, currently 22 years of age. For some time in the past I usually have occasional chest pains which comes and goes within 10 minutes. I thought it was as a result of my sugar intake as I consume soft drinks a lot with little or no exercises so I decided to cut down on my soft drink to no avail because I always end up going back to it.

Fast forward to sometime last month, I traveled to Europe to get a medical degree and when I got here, I started living on junk foods, KFC and McDonald’s as I could not cook. The chest pain came back one night and I decided to complain to my dad. Immediately I complained to him, I became conscious of it and I started fussing over it.

I went to google and everything I saw about pains in the chest always leads to cardiac arrest, stroke and dying. I couldn’t stop thinking about it, I was always trying to check my heartbeat every chance I get. My dad said it was due to the junk foods so I stopped junk foods and soft drinks as my cholesterol could be high. I still couldn’t shake off the horrible feeling I got whenever I checked my heartbeat.

I started having panic attacks and difficulties with breathing and always feeling tired. I eventually went for check up and my heartbeat showed a beat of 68 bpm. I got checked by a cardiologist, neurologist and an orthopedic doctor and they all said my vitals looked normal, blood pressure normal, blood oxygen level normal, blood sugar normal except for the orthopedic doctor who told me I had to fix my slouching posture.

It’s been a week after the check up but my life isn’t back to normal. I can’t keep complaining to my parents because I gave them quite a scare with my first complaint and I know they have their own life to live but I’m just scared, I live alone in my apartment here and I’m new so no friends yet.

Anytime I check my heartbeat it still feels irregular,I can’t enjoy the foods I use to love, I get scared of doing strenuous exercises like jogging because I’ve heard stories of people who collapsed while jogging, i don’t enjoy my sleep anymore as I read that most people with cardiac problems die in their sleep.

For a week now, I have been going for evening walks to keep fit and exercise and I only eat once a day. I eat 2 apples every day and I swallow a capsule of omega 3 fatty oil daily. The only protein I consume now is salmon or mackerel fish because of their heart strengthening capabilities.

I can’t focus on my studies anymore but I can’t complain because I don’t want to bother my parents anymore but I’m scared. Some nights I wake up with panic attacks and every morning I feel happy for sleeping and waking up successfully. I hate how flawed the human design is. Sometimes I get distracted but as soon as I feel any slight discomfort in my chest, I check my heartbeat and it feels irregular. There’s occasional sharp pains in my head that goes almost immediately and sometimes I feel blood throbbing through my veins in different parts of my body. Tomorrow I’ll be going out to get an apple series 6 watch so I can monitor my vitals better.

Sorry for the long read, I just had to let all of this out.

All you stated up there are signs of heart related problems (heart attack) and hope it doesn't develop to cardiac arrest. Since you said you have seen people in the medical field, they should give you prescription (Tablets or Sprays) to treat angina.

Bro have been in your shoes b4,,,,all the symptoms you highlighted above,I experienced.....but now am better....

It's a problem with the MIND .... it's psychological,,,it has nothing to do with your heart, trust me you are very fine....

To solve these problems,,,get closer to God,,,,start reading and meditating on the scriptures,,,use affirmation and prayer to rebuke the spirit of fear....Watch your self-talk on a daily basis,,, don't entertain any negative thought,,,and when you experience any bout of panic attack,,,stay calm,,, don't scream ,, don't shout... just Kip praying in your mind,,,confessing scriptures against fear.....

In addition in case you are addicted to pornography or masturbation,, kindly stop..

1)Rule out possible heart conditions that can cause it. Did you do an ECG and ECHO, Chest Xray?

2) If all your vitals are normal, then it's panic attack from anxiety disorders.
a) Stop reading bad news,
b) Don't read about your condition again it will worsen the symptoms
c) Please read the bible and rest your mind on God's word
d) if you don't get better then you might need to see Psychiatrist to be giving anxiolytics

Thanks bro, mine started when i was in the north. I had to leave the area because of that. I didnt cook for 3 month, while eating only junks like bread, milk, drinks (coke, dudu, energy drinks etc) and lastly biscuit for more than 3 month. Sometimes, i lacked food because i was unable to eat what those guys were eating. I cant even drink their water, i have to buy.

After some month, suddenly, i cant sit again, it felt like, i am sitting on my tommy. I was worried and it was corona period. I thought, i might had caught it, due to the life style there.

Suddenly, i was not feeling my self. I felt like almost collapsing, my eyes felt dizzy and i cant move around. I had to sat close to people of what ever might happen. So they could rush me to hospital near by.

Then i had "epiglottis, Uvula was very long, eyes was infected, i cant sit like normal people, heart beating like drum (if you are looking into my chest, u can see my heart beating )and tosillitis"

I felt like am going to die everyday, i went to Daura general hospital... After a lot of drugs and checkup, i moved to Abuja... (all other cases were all solved apart from the heart beat.)

Its once normal for like a month, that i was even happy but now its back. Its 1 year already now.

I will be going for check up tomorrow. Sometimes if my heart is beating and i placed my head on the wall or sometimes my hand. (i can feel the sensation of my heart, hand or head pounding )

I on different occasions experienced a similar condition. Every medical tests showed nothing was wrong with me. One thing I realized was that every time doctor took my blood for lab tests, I always felt better after taking some blood out of me without any medication taken. Realizing this my discovery. I decided to go to Red Cross and donate enough blood big time. Since then, I have been greatly fine. You can try that approach. At time our body act in a weird manner that even doctors can’t explain. Let me know if it works for you

I did once and Doctor said peptic ulcer but my heart beating the same even. Sometimes, i feel the pain of my heart, chest pain at the back(same location) not all the back.

AfricanKingkong:
Have you done ulcer test? You need to check that. Very important. It has happened to me. I was asked to do x-ray, ECG and others, all turned out normal yet my heart kept palpitation. Chest pain, and also at the back, burning sensation and lost of apertid mmmmm.

Re: Is There Anybody Here With Irregular Heartbeats? by saajus: 1:29pm On Jun 04, 2021
I think the second step you should take now is a comprehensive checkup. You said different specialist Doctors have checked different things when you visited. I think a more comprehensive checkup is still needed. Like, check some chemical balance in your body.

I am feeling a psychological/mental issue is also involved. If all your comprehensive checkup comes out fine, you may need to see a psychologist/psychiatrist/therapist. It could be anxiety/depression. A few drugs will normalize it. Continue your exercise routine and keep speaking out. Please, tell your parents and friends how you always feel. Yes, everybody has their own personal issues but we live to also carry the burden of others. Let me ask you a question, did you lose someone very close to you recently or a few years ago?

Well, it was during a time I wasn't a follower of God. So I wanted to experiment with a hard drug. I took it not knowing I will feel the effect later on. I was expecting to get high in an instant like alcohol.

So, when I saw I wasn't getting high, I felt I wasn't taken enough...so I kept taken it..thinking I need to take more to get high. Well eventually I stopped and gave up.

I went to buy food to eat. Then all of a sudden, I felt a dryness in my chest and I tried drinking water. It kept getting worse. My body was becoming numb. And I was getting dizzy.

I thought my food was poisoned. Then I ran in fear as the conditions became worse..tried running to the clinic...but couldn't make it. I just ran to my room and locked myself and was praying.

The fear I had that day was crazy...that was the trigger.

Now the next day or so...

I was going to class with a course mate. I felt heavily dizzy and I couldn't walk..and I told my mate, I feel like fainting...so I stopped in my track Nd eventually walked slowly back to my hall.

Didn't know wat was happening so I bought meatpie. thinking maybe it's hunger. It subsided but late came strongly again with more symptoms.

This was close to exams.

The symptoms were..

Heart palpitations...dizziness....anxiety...chest pain...shortness of breathe, narrow vision..heat flashes...the worse of it all was the mind torment. I csnt explain. You feel like you are losing your mind. And everyone is against you.

I ran to a doctor. He said its all In my mind..that's its too much worry...

I was like what is he talking about, I am suffering here in daily torment. I was even afraid I might kill myself. That maybe this how how people feel before committing suicide.

Anyways...he gave me a drug...but I couldn't take it anyhow...can't remember the name. The don't give it to people and can't sell it like that to people.

I took it...slept...(before I could hardly sleep because my heart rate can be intense and wake me up).

Now when I woke up early the next morning. I discovered the drug had its own madness on its own. Now I don't feel the symptoms..but I was numb all over and felt like a zombie with narrow vision. That's the only way I can say it. Even my Mom has to come visit me.

It was like this till I left school. I had to endure it.

At a point at home I went to a pharmacy to try get the drug..the guy said he couldn't give me. So he did a heart monitor rate Check...it was off the charts..the guys expression made me even more afraid.

Can't remember if he gave me d drug sha.

But eventually..I had started praying and deciding to follow God at that period and find out His call for me.

So two things happened.

So eventually I was in a Church meeting and they called out those with spirit of fear...I went and was prayed for..also had a vision of Jesus coming to lay hands on me and cast out a spirit. I heard the growl in my ears as it left.

Well, the rest is histroy.

I also discovered the spirit had been there since primary school. But was triggered by the drug event. The spirit came when in primary school when someone made me scared that it was the end of the world..so I remembered I was numb for like a whole week and couldn't function or think straight.

Well, that's the summary sha...the whole tale is longer.

As for the drug..I was listening to a song called "Lithium" by Evanescence one time. In the comments on YouTube I leant its a drug given to people with serious depression but it makes them lifeless and numb when they take it. I was like ..that's kind of the drug I took. But the name wasn't Lithium tho.

It doesn't cure it only numbs all the craziness.

Wow. What an experience. Thanks alot for sharing.

At the boldened paragraph, this is why they say sin opens doors for negative attacks and manifestation.

Thank God for the timely help. Please stay focused.

All the best.

Your experience sounded almost like mind. I have been through that shit. I Spent so much cash in different reputable hospitals and they all said I was very fine but I never believed them cuz deep down me, I knew what I was going.
How did I over come?
-I stopped taking sugary meals , junks foods,

Your liver can’t process the junk anymore and the chest pain and hard breathing is bad cholesterol trying to set in...
Sun carbs, eat more protein and vegetables..
Eat two times daily and fast for 24 hours every week.
God is all you need and faith is all you need to get God to work.
If you are interested, I can send you a link to a telegram group where we share experiences and are told what to eat, best excercise and how to achieve autophagy through intermittent fasting.
You will be glad you did.
Get back to me if you are interested.

I experienced this last year, you problem is mostly panic attack and stress, stop using Google to diagnose yourself it leads to more fears.
How I fixed mine was
1. Eat good food with lots of fruits and vegetables
2. Take your mind off by watching movies and comedy
3. Do regular exercise about 10 - 20 min, don't over do it, you can stop any time you don't feel well
4. Just pray before you sleep, it helps alot
5 Always have a good rest
