Don't be dogmatic. His disciples were without the holy spirit then. They couldn't do anything without him being around then. It is different now, tb associates are filled with the holy spirit and should be able to conduct service with or without him. This simply means that the ministry of christ was suspended because a mere mortal passed on.

Even when Jesus was about to die, he told his disciples to always fast and pray, that they shouldn't cry for him but for themselves.

In Jerusalem, he made sure that his church is up and running.

Aren't over a million churches in operation today? ...

So many local churches weren't even in operation during the covid lock down, does it mean the ministry of Christ stopped? ... A death came as a shock to the world and also to its members... Who'd be bold enough to conduct a meeting? Or who'd even listen... May be you?

I guess if you loose someone dear to you... You'd probably continue eating your meal the same seconds you heard the news...

I am shocked that quite a few people really believe T B Joshua was a Prophet of God. If he was, then he was doing things wrong.

1. He made merchandise out of people seeking for miracles by selling so called anointed water for 5,000 naira. Loyalist will deny this but it's the truth.
2. He was able to see things about to happen in countries thousands of miles away but couldn't see the collapse of his building.
3. Entrance to worship in the main auditorium was only for people who have been given a pass. And this is wrong.
4. I hardly hear him make altar calls to lead people to Christ. If he ever did, please post the video.
5. So many who went there for healing lost their lives and a few who they claimed hot healed were afflicted again.

The truth so many people don't read the Bible and as such cannot judge between true and false prophets.

I hope he had time to repent before he died.
