The work of God must go on though. The bible says do not mourn like them without hope. If they are sure of his place with God in eternity, then it shouldn't be a prolonged period of grief for them.

Am not a fan of the prophet, but this trash u said isn't right. When Jesus died I believe that gatherings were suspended because of his death. Any honour you need to pay to the dead do it, it is more honourably to be in the house of mourning than a place of merriment.
