The US may soon start imposing sanctions on this regime.

"There are nearly 40 M Twitter users in #Nigeria, and the country is home to Africa's largest tech hub.

This suspension is nothing more than state-sanctioned denial of free speech and should be reversed immediately."

One Aboki was asking how is Twitter a right

Well Freedom of Expression, Association of Legal Bodies, Expression of Opinions is a fundamental human right in every Democracy

Twitter is the largest platform where People can air their opinions easily, a legal body everyone has right to associate with

Essentially Twitter is a right to every Nigerian who wants it

This thing called politics eh!
I knew the moment Trump drummed support for Buhari's twitter ban,I knew U.S government would respond with immediate effect.
Meanwhile APC online miscreants rejoicing about Trump's support for their Bubu's twitter ban, hope you guys would rejoice more and support Trump as he continues his unending bashing and antagonizing on Buhari's chief borrower,China. grin
Ofcourse we know how frosty the relationship between China and Trump is & also we are not forgetting how China is currently in bed with Biden.
It's a season of political confusion... grin grin

Buhari is just messing himself up with all this Twitter hullabaloo. Now the whole has seen with clear evidence that he's a tyrant and not fit to be a democrat, also with the glaring fact that he's a staunch Jihadist.

Fire is a good servant but a bad master.

If you misuse it and get burnt does that mean you should ban everyone else from using it?

How can you use a sledge hammer to kill a fly perched on your blokos?

Why not express your anger by deleting your own account....or compel govt agencies to stop using it?

Tomorrow when you don't like something on the Internet will you shut it down?

Nigerians need to deliver Nigeria from the hands of this unpatriotic vagabonds and terrorists that have seized power.

If tomorrow the terrorist in power unbanned Twitter, those piggie zombies will do about turn and tell you how intelligent their zombie in chief is in unbanning Twitter. Nitwits without iota of independent thinking capacity.

Now the Gringos are talking.
If it's not reversed,US should ensure Buhari, his ministers and other government officials with their families be similarly barred from travelling to the US, UK and all Western European nations.
They can be going to Russia,China and Siberia for their vacations and medical trips.

Great move.

Bubu's tyranny has been recognised internationally.

He thought the international community can be bullied by the invitations of their ambassadors but it failed woefully.

This is more important than d ranting by Trump. A sitting American President is always d most powerful game changer. U see how God works, by Trump congratulating Buhari over his ban of Twitter, d Opposition Democrats have opposed Trump and by extension come in support of free speech which by extrapolation too favours Nnamdi Kanu agitation. A 100 past American Presidents put together is not up to d command of the sitting American President

You have to understand that Northern youths are under total control under the guise of religion, what they say, their haircut, the music they listen to, the gender in a Keke, who eats during Ramadan, who drinks beer!
The average Northerner has no idea what freedom means, especially the non fulani among them
