Lagos is not the best place to start! Lots of federal infastructure are already situated in Lagos! Uyo is good, let's start there! If we have some kind of lagos in Warri and Calabar, that will be fine..

The best place to start should be in economically viable areas that lack these sort of infastructures... Riverine cities with lots of capabilities! The next administration can then do that of Lagos since lagos is well off..

Lagos can actually do this project from her huge budget if Tinubus thievery will allow such. Lagos budget dwarfs that of Togo, yet Togo and Benin Republic can do projects like this but in Nigeria, we have to drag these with a rich lagos...

Sine two days , there's aerial surveillance drones flying around and two choppers too.

They've cleared all the petty food vendors along the rail line. moreso, this evening apapa is as clear like government axis in ikeja, no single truck both on bridge and roads....

Everything looks fine as if apapa is traffic free as news speculates....what a wicked leader we have, full of hypocrisy.
