Boss, RN10P keeps on switching off the backlight whenever I play a VN on WhatsApp.

Once the backlight is off, the VN Will stop playing.
The issue has persisted since I bought it some days ago

2.I bought my phone with miui 11... I can't say for sure but the previous user has been using the phone since 2019... I bought it 2020 july. The battery is still good i get at least 6 hours on heavy usage(online gaming) from 100 - 10.
