Backup your files and do a hard reset. Could be a SW issue as read somewhere and a close user experienced something worse than that until after she did factory reset.

Boss, RN10P keeps on switching off the backlight whenever I play a VN on WhatsApp.

Once the backlight is off, the VN Will stop playing.
The issue has persisted since I bought it some days ago
