A treasurer is a valid accouting post in most big firms. It is simply the head of Treasury operations, the departments that handles payments(invoices, salaries etc) as well as investment of funds and cash management.

Whether Tinubu was one, i do not know
He was. Folks who said Mobil didn’t have a Treasurer are limited by their life exposure which is limited to social clubs.

Yea but Tinubu was no treasurer or head treasurer that one na bobo here in the USA, he was driving a taxi in Chicago before heading back to 9ja. In fact people contributed money for him to get back to 9ja and revive his political ambitions, remember he ran away from 9ja after Abiola was arrested, he was also a student of Abiola and Baba Adedibu.

My post wasn’t about Tinubu’s present or past. I don’t know much about him apart from his being a former senator and governor.

I only responded to those who seemed unaware of high ranking position called Treasurer in a company set-up

Whether Tinubu was ever a treasurer or not, I wouldn’t know.

What did I just read please. I just felt sad and angry reading this story angry Three EX Armed Robbers who were professional criminals now became Political leaders. One a Governor and the two others, house of rep leaders No wonder Nigeria is like this?
No wonder we are being robbed daily!!! No wonder we have more Criminals in power embezzling our funds daily!!!
Who did we offend that Armed Criminals are now ruling us? No wonder they are ready to do anything even if it means taking anyone out who stands in their way of acquiring wealth.

Maybe the robbers took up the offer and started visiting abiola when ever they needed money. Further changed their ways. Possibly how she knows them.
