Good day every one
Please I need to be advised on what to do.
I got admitted to a school in Ontario to study a course that is a different from what I am currently working as. I intend to get a letter from my company stating that they intend to move me to the department that relates to the course I intend to study. Don't know if this is wise.
Also, I would like to make my uncle my sponsor and I don't know if I still need to show proof of funds for my self and how to go about it.
I intend to apply at the end of June.

Please I need some clarification on proof of funds, if one's required proof of funds is 10m for eg, does it mean when printing your 6 months statement u must have had that 10m or more for every single day in your 6months? Like money can come in and go out of the account but never go below the 10m for any single day in the entire 6 months period? Please someone should clarify me. Thanks

Hi thanks! How long after your medicals was updated to pass? Since you said it took 4 weeks from medical request.

From medical request- the test at the clinic- medical result- Passport request took 4 weeks.

More like 2 weeks after the test results was updated.

Hello everyone I couldn’t register for a new passport on time due to the new development of delay in booklet and my passport will expire in January 20, 2022. I was told by a known immigration officer that I can’t apply right now until the end of this month of June due to backlogs that needs urgent attention.

My questions is.....can I use my about to expire passport for my visa and when I get the new one I’ll seek for an extension when I get to Canada?

Ps: I’m going for a 2yrs course.

Hi, I learnt that the express center in Maitama, Abuja attends to cases like these. And that you could get it same day. That's why it's called an express center. You can enquire from the immigration officer regarding this.

All the best.

Am using myself as Sponsor, I have the founds in my bank account since last year, tho the money were not sent into the account at once, this are payment from the sales of my business , i will like to know if there is any issue of me keeping the money in the account and have not make any withdrawal, this year i had credited the account 2times, i will like to also know must i keep running the account or just leave the funds there.
Please advise  any one in the house

It is strongly recommended that the account should have inflow and outflow I.e activity. It seems you haven’t had any outflow this year at all.
Why don’t you use your business account instead? You will Just have to include your cac and other relevant documents.
On another Note, please give your sop to as many ppl as possible to proof read

No agent has that connection. She is just an agent. Collect your login details and be checking your cic account yourself.

I'm so happy for you! Waiting is not easy at all. Your timeline resembles my sister's own, she didn't get NSE either and only submitted IELTS and regular bank statement. Application submitted Feb. 11. She did upfront medical since April 29 and it just changed yesterday to passed. I pray she will testify too before the end of this month in Jesus name! Go and prosper!

PPR ALERT!!!!!

This is going to be a really long post. Forgive me!

Help me Praise the Lord!!!! He has done it for me!! I can’t believe I ever doubted. God is so so good.

PGC in Marketing Management Humber College. (I studied Economics for undergrad 2.1 and I work in financial services).

First time applicant
No NSE Request(I submitted regularly bank statement and IELTS results average of 7.5)

Timeline
Application submitted - 8th February
Biometrics done- 10th February
Upfront medicals completed - 5th March
Medicals updated to pass - 12th April
Eligibility review started - 4th May
BVL(I received 2 bvls minutes apart) - 28 May
PPR - 14 June

When I received the 2 bvls I started panicking, I was soo worried but trust my God in heaven to perfect all things according to His will.

I submitted my application through an amazing consultant (not all “agents” are bad lol) before joining nairaland. I thought the application was airtight then I came on here. When I saw stories of career progression and 2.1 going for masters instead of pgc and matching your proposed study to your previous studies and work experience, I started losing hope and my study plan that I thought was perfectly written was looking like it didn’t make sense.

I ordered my GCMS notes on the 21st of May but it hasn’t arrived yet.

I almost lost hope but just kept pushing and having faith in God. I prayed and fasted and cried to God to answer my prayers.

When I saw people’s eligibility review starting after 4 months and still getting refused I wanted to lose faith again but I kept joining NLP (Next level prayers with Pst. Bolaji) every morning to renew my faith and pray fervently.

I’m so grateful for this platform. All the advices and testimonies kept me sane during my waiting period. I pray for everyone expecting this good news that the good news is here already and May Canada favour us all. I know waiting can be tiring but please don’t give up, God will hasten his word to perfect all that concerns everyone waiting.

While waiting please write down your testimony in faith. I wrote my first testimony draft on the 14th of March and I was just updating as things unfolded. God remembers your faith my people.

PS: no application is the same, my boyfriend and I applied around the same time and he got his in 2 months. Just keep praying and believing God and He will do it.

God bless you all!

IT ENDED IN PRAISE!

Please while collating documents to upload under Means of Finance
is there a need to write any letter or just collate the proof funds documents alone?

If you think you have a grey area e.g lump sum or any thing questionable it’s best to write a letter of explanation in addition to ur bank statement. But if it’s straight forward and stable then no need for loe.

Yes, the Transaction Receipt of the Payment for the Upfront Medical (the receipt that shows you paid the #46,500 to IOM's Account).

If you made the Transaction with your Mobile App, screenshot the Receipt and Print it out

Thanks for your response. That course is for a year full-time for international students but can completed in 3 years for Canadians as Part time.

Hello,

I can categorically tell you that this course is 3-year Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (GDBA) for both International student and Canadians which is really affordable & GRE or GMAT is not required.

Although, MUN released a comment last month that fees will be increased though but the current fees is really really affordable.
