Circumstances can change my brother even now i have all intention to pay but no money. so not all Nigerians have intention not to pay. Circumstances change as change is the only constant thing. guy not all are bad. The ones op mentioned are evil, but they're good ones like carbon, branch... Those ones act responsibly unlike x credit, sokoloan and alike. When I have time, I will sue those bastards for dragging the name of my family cos one person refused to pay them
