To me you made the right choice. Because efcc can even collect the whole proceeds of fraud if they wish and leave you with nothing.

Efcc have done such to some people and they will start a fresh.

Even if you will be bailed, the least efcc collect is 500k, some people pay as high as 5m to be freed. Depends on how rich you are and how much money stolen
