I studied economics education

Hello

Why diploma, or an Undergraduate degree when you are suppose/expected to apply for a PG. Cert program as a degree holder.

3rd Class is not a barrier to gain admission to a PG.Cert program in a college, you just have to package your application to boost your admission chances.

A Visa Officer won't agree to the fact u are going for an Ordinary diploma or undergraduate degree cos of what u graduated with.

A B.SC holder going for another Undergraduate degree or a Diploma (which is less than an Undergraduate degree) is big time red flag for most applicants, cos there is a no career/academic/logical progression doing that.

Also you can't just apply to any program in Canada. You either apply to a Program that resonates with what you studied in school or your Job experience.

That being said;

Your response to the following question might give you a new direction to follow

- What did you study in the university ?

- What year did you graduate? (to address educational gap)

- Is your Job/work experience related to what you studied in the University?

Okay. I thought you get work permit right there if you say you need to work?
olasubomy:

There is nothing wrong in telling the CBSA officer that you intend to work, but caution must be observed in answering this question, for example, if your program includes a coop. That implies you do some internship as a prerequisite to complete your programme, so a student in that category can say yes and explain why as a pre-requisite for completing his/her programme.

But suppose your programme does not include coop. Automatically, In that case, your study permits entitle you to work a maximum of 20 hours per week, so the student knows he/she will work while schooling in Canada, so there is no need to say you are going to work, which might risk the purpose of visit. They have the authority to refuse an immigrant entry into Canada if they doubt the intent of the person's stay.

It is much safer to give them the impression you are here to read and study. Also, everything you declared in your application and submitted on the GCkey account, including the comments and assessment of the VOs, are viewed and assessed by them as they ask you these questions.

I also got AstraZeneca. I’m fully vaccinated. My experience with the first shot was a bit different from others. I was very weak, had body pain and peed a lot despite taking panadol. But after three days I was back to normal.

The second shot was easy. Didn’t even take panadol. No effect at all.

I didn’t pay. Completely free for myself and my family. Local governments arent charging. Can’t say for private hospitals.

CHIKACIC:
Just took my first dose of the AstraZeneca/Oxford vaccine.
I was told to come back in 6 weeks time (2nd August) for the second dose.
Also that the side effects differs, but commonly headache, pains and high temperature. I was advised by the Nurse to take paracetamol once I get home or start experiencing any of the above side effects.

Hope this helps for those you need the info.

Graduating in 2015 shows you have a 6-years Educational Gap. It's advisable you go for a Program that relates to your Work experience, unfortunately, I don't know a PG. Cert program program you can go for as a Former Teacher, but I feel you can consider going for Program that is related to the Job Position you are presently holding at the hotel and your Job Duties.

That being said,

What is name of your Job/Job position in that hotel?

What are your Job Duties?

I didn’t do biometrics in Abuja so I paid to the Canada collection account and attached a proof payment with my passport and consent form. Abuja is definitely faster, got my passport back in 6 days.
OmaJoe1:
Please, was it Abuja you did your biometrics? If no, then how did you pay the N7430 Transmission fee to Abuja VSF to enable you do your passport stamping there?

Between Abuja and Lagos VSF with is faster for Passport stamping?
Thanks in anticipation for an answer.

Maybe the duration differs for different vaccines. I took my first dose in May and I’m scheduled for my next vaccine this week. Mine is AstraZeneca//Oxford to be precise.

Please where did you do it and did you pay for it?

Please Can You Help ME,THIS IS MY THIRD TIME ASKING THIS QUESTION WITH NO REPLY
Ekulu77:
Hello everyone
Please I need your opinion on this,I already submitted my application with 90% of my first year fees paid .Then we paid the remaining balance but the receipt came out after I've submitted my application. I already did upfront medical and I want to raise webform to submit e-medical sheet. Is it advisable to submit the remaining receipt of my school fee despite the fact I used my uncle as sponsor.wont it raise suspicion on why the uncle is paying in deposit when he proves and say he his capable of sponsoring me
All in all, Do you think I should go ahead and submit my remaining 10% school fees receipt or I shouldn't so it won't raise any red flag
Please I need your opinion the guru's and everyother person
Thank you

Did you pay or free of charge?

Free of charge.

When I got to the location, there wasn’t much people. Three of the nurses assigned to give the shot were just sitting and waiting for who to attend to.

In humble opinion, I think the Govt. knows that people are still sceptical/skeptical about Covid-19/vaccine and are very reluctant to be vaccinated. Hence, it is administered free of charge.

A PG. Cert program in a Telecommunications related field shows more progression than a Diploma program owing to the fact that you are B.SC holder.

That being said,
What is your Job position & what are your Job Duties in the Telecommunication company for the past 6-years?

Your response to the above question would determine the potential PG. Cert program you can go for or fit in to

The bolded is very true, also lots of Nigerians have a kinda spiritual mindset about the vaccine. cheesy . That's quite superstitious grin
