Ok tanks but i want to go for masters in HRM and I intend going with my family and all the uni I have seen are all 1year, a friend said I might not get visa since it's: a virgin passport, 1year study and moving with my family... I really need advice and suggestions please. Tank u all.

I beg to differ.
If you can meet all the conditions & you produce legit documents. You do not hide anything or lie on your application, I see no reason why you won’t get your visa??

Start with getting admission, fulfilling the admission conditions (if any), precas stages & getting your CAS

How do you want to marry again when you are still legally married ? You do know that’s Bigamy right ? If your partner is petty , they could sue you for this . Pls get divorced legally , you also can’t file for your new husband because you have to upload a divorce certificate. They have your marriage certificate in their record . If you use a court that’s not in Lagos and your divorce is uncontested, you could be done in a year . Depending on your lawyer , it could cost you an average of 400k upwards . So sort out the divorce else this new marriage will be invalid .

I need to ask a question in regards for this. The divorce paper is something she can get from her local govt. I don’t think it is an issue to that extent. They wl issue it out within a couple of days. And if no context ,they know how to arrange it. If properly arrange, no cause for alarm. Anybody can divorce anyone at a fucking time. I don’t think UK student visa has time to go and look for ur divorce paper anywhere. My opinion

Please while filling my Visa application I was asked where I will be staying in the UK and I used the school address. The following question is will I be staying anywhere else in the UK, what should the answer be?cos I plan to get a different accommodation. Urgent reply needed please

Same here, Oxford brookes have been too slow recently. The pre-cas stage was so stressful! We are still waiting for the CAS to come through. I was advised today and their excuse was that it can take up to 10 working days for the CAS to be issued. I spoke to the ISAT dept via zoom today.

The HCPC registration is the ticket to land a job as a biomedical scientist in the UK so yeah they shld go ahead to make the payment.

Coming to the UK to study will give them better chance at applying for jobs even tho they can apply from Nigeria when registered. Also most of the courses available for them will require their physical presence in the UK

@omopapa, what's your counsel to someone who's at the verge of being registered with HCPC? He'll be making payment for the verification any moment from now. His target is to be in the UK from January next year in order to get a job after the registration with IBMS. He's a licenced medical lab scientist with PCR Molecular experience in CoVid19.

Is it advisable I tell him to go for a 1 yr MSC course in order to use this period to land a job with the NHS? If yes, what are the possible courses that could give him a soft landing?

Absolutely! I sat on Coventrys neck and prayed on their matter to get mine cos my funds were ready end of April! So I kept disturbing their life

Someone can but you’ll need to give them your login details and walk them though it or you get their card details

Oxford Brookes matter strong nor be lie... You have to be following them back to back for your CAS. I really can't count the number of mails I sent to them, I copied several dept in the mails as well.

I sent my POF June 3rd and on June 4th they sent a mail that it's been confirmed so I can use it for my application.

Oya send me my CAS na, they kept saying we are sorry for the delay, you will get it this week, it is now ready for issued etc.

They eventually sent it June 11th or so they said which was on a Friday. On Monday June 14th I had to start disturbing them again before I finally got it.

Summary of my narration is, don't wait for any 10days o, start calling CAS team, ISAT and even mail admissions dept to help escalate the issue for you. Visa dates are fast flying

It was more of documentation. No questions were asked. They requested for a lot of proofs including bank statements before they were satisfied.
