Jesus said he does not glorify himself, meaning some one else glorified Jesus, did the book of proverb not teach us that we shouldnt glorify ourself?
Jesus also said that he would send someone like himself who is the holy spirit.
When Jesus ascended to heaven he said he is going back to the father.
When stephen saw Jesus he saw Jesus standing at God's right hand,
John on the Island of pathos saw someone sitting on the throne with the lamb coming to take a book from him,
The epistles of the apostles are filled with greetings and teachings separating the three personalities.
For example, the Christian creed is
One faith, one hope, one baptism, one spirit, on Lorr who is out Lord Jesus and one God who is the father.
The last chapter of revelation Jesus and God are sitting on the throne, the holy spirit is called the seven spirit who is also before the throne.

what is this? It is no longer office but quality? This your submission is totally off. He, his, our, yours are all personal pronoun. When God said to Adam to multiply and fill the earth, "let them fill the earth" He was referring to the whole human race since Adam was the head of all human race, God was speaking to all humans not only Adam. All human beings were in Adam. When God said "let us make man" It is clear there was more than one person. Below is Jesus prayer unto the father, John 17:5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Jesus prayed to have the glory which he had with his father before the world was created, Does this not tell you Jesus was present with the father that he is not an office or a quality but an actual person just like the father. A person is not the same as a being, A person or individual is self consciousness or awareness, A being on the other hand is what someone is. Saying there are three persons in one God does not mean there are three gods no but that there is one God but this God has three distinct center of self consciousness and so is a trinity. Like I said before go and find out the meaning of Trinity. |
