You don't have a problem as far as am concerne, what you need to do is this if your parent can sponsor you go and learn a trade and after six months start your own business or go and learn a work you have passion for at least one year make sure you learn it very well before you leave.
When you start your own put those creativities in you into it and see the sky being your starting point.

Your advise is on point, but it's important he knows that being shy and being an introvert are two different things. There are also shy extroverts

Read more books and go out more often, interact with people starting from those you're comfortable with and progress to strangers, improve on manners like appreciation, compliments etc, little by little you get used to building better social skills. Do some research

First of all. Don't join cult. It won't change anything.

Shy people alway take themselves too seriously and think that everybody is watching them or has time for them. Wrong!

Shy people tend to think that other people are easily doing things but it's difficult for them. Wrong!

Learn not to take yourself too seriously. It's not that important. It's ok to be wrong or foolish or mumu or be rejected. Shy people have a problem dealing with rejection. So you get rejected? Fvck em all! You get told off? Fvck em all! Someone laughs at You? Fvck em all! Someone gives you "that look"? Fvck em all! Someone insults you? Fvck em all! All these things don't kill, e nor go commot anything for your body. People often do those things to embarrass you or get a reaction from you. They get annoyed when they can't get any visible reaction from you. That's not your problem.

Pick one day. Call that day you "fvck ya'll" day. On that day do or say anything that comes to your mind. Damn the consequences and just do it for that day.
