Dinner:

Beef, butternut squash, and carrot bisque topped with pistachio and sun flower seeds.

This soup is like one of the best, especially nice and hot. Good with a croissant or similar texture bread.

Which one be tiramisu?

Try making one. I am never a fan but I do make for fam from time to time.

Yeah, nice with bread but I prefer to just take them without anything. Learning/trying to go light on dinner. Not been easy however, I am trying.

You prefer that to our reddish one?
That one looks more like the Togolese thieboudienne

To achieve that, (you fry your onion first) you have to fry your tomato paste for quite some time (till it gets dark red in color but not burnt), before adding your blended tomatoes/capsicum/scotch bonnets mix, then fry till the water content is almost completely dried up...

Yes o. I prefer that look. I think that's what is called 'party jollof rice'. I haven't seen Togolese Jollof before though. Interesting...

Thanks for the tips. Will put them to use cool wink
