Your kinsman, Sunday Igboho, is having problems with this government. Who knows how you will react if he gets abducted the way Nnamdi Kalu was abducted.
Igboho is nothing but a violent and dangerous political thug trying to repackage himself as an activist due to the stupid hype and buzz the media gave him.

If he's abducted, good riddance to a bad Yoruba rubbish.

He (not an American o) was arrested by Dubai authorities and sent to America on a private jet.

I dont think the british Media refer to him AS a Briton, they refer to him AS a Nigerian Biafra activitist or Agitator. This white people can give you their Passport but will never publicly accept you as a citizen.Theoretically,he might be a Briton on paper ,but in reality, they will never accept him AS one of them .

Mynd44:

Kanu is not a foreigner and the Brits know. He is a Nigerian by birth which is one of the strongest forms of citizenship ever.

Kanu was kidnapped not arrested. Get your facts right. Huspuppi's arrest was clearly seen by everybody why didn't anybody see the arrest of Kanu? Even the Kenyan government denied having a hand in the so called arrest of Kanu. When did arresting a "Terrorist" become something to hide?

Nnamdi Kanu is a dead man already.

All you foolish Igbos and Ibo miscreants can wail from now till your timely deaths. It won’t change this fact!

lol is he different from all your brothers in the north being butchered all in the name of land domination and control? Is he different from all your sisters being raped to their death by your uncle's the Boko Haram? Is he different from you who will soon become a victim of the system you are defending with blind patriotism?

You see my friend, Nnamdi Kanu or whatever his name is, should be the least of your worries.

Where is the extradition proceedings for Hushpuppi even though he is not American?

See eh, just dont piss governments off else they will bag, tag and transport you however they can/want to another country

UAE government was fully involved in Hush's case. In fact, it was an Interpol operation.

In Kanu's case, Kenyan government made it clear that they had nothing to do with it. That means Nigerian government kidnapped someone. If it was done on Nigerian soil, it wouldn't be a kidnap. But it was done on foreign soil. A clear case of state sponsored kidnap. Could Nigeria sink any lower?

Even Belarus government didn't do up to this level

It has always been like that. When a lawyer is trained abroad, his submissions are somewhat confusing to people who trained in Nigeria law school.

UAE government collaborated with American government of which your zoo government was aware before he was brought to America but in Nnamdi Kanu's case your zoo government kidnapped and blindfolded him. Imagine that kind of arrest and Kenyan government have washed their hands off the case saying they weren't aware or collaborated with Nigerian government. In hushpuppy's case did you see UAE government deny collaborating with American government?

Even your zoo government is running away from the case but anywhere they run to international law will catch up with them

So from the accounts of this, Malami did not lie.

And he was arrested by the NIA and sister agencies from Kenya.

As for the claims of extraordinary rendition, the lawyer needs to read the new evidence act and then read the supreme court judgenent of personal rights and national security.

So the the same supreme Court judgement didn't apply to sheikh bello sabo

Looool so Kenya owes you an explanation on a person arrested on request by the inteeligence agency of a friendly country? No they don't.

The Kenyan government can deny this from now till eternity and Nigeria does not also owe you an explanation as to how he was arrested. You can conjure whatever you want.

It has always been the way of international security issue

Apples and oranges. Where did Hushpuppy commit his crime? Where was he arrested? He was arrested where he committed his crime. Was he abducted to America or did Dubai government not work with American government?

You're wrong bro. Just as the Federal laws supercedes any States Laws, same way the International Laws supercede any National Laws.
Extrajudicial rendition is a serious breach of international laws and no national interest counts in such cases.
Leave ccMind44 to be quoting local laws on international issues. If we go by those local laws, what then happens to the laws of Kenya and Britain? So the two countries will just told their hands and watch their laws be trampled upon just like ke that? Anyways we will see as even unfold as the days go by.

NK has renounced Nigerian citizenship over and over in the past

You can't go overseas kidnap a foreigner and bring him to Nigeria. That's state sponsored terrorism and international law doesn't all that

Who is fooling who?

An indicted, undischarged, bail skipping leader of a proscribed terrorist organisation allegedly renounces the forum of the crime where he is being prosecuted and he thinks that is the end of the matter.

You people continue to play to the gallery and engage in misinformation that because Kanu has dual citizenship and he has unofficially allegedly renounced one automatically means that he doesn't have to answer for his crimes in the original jurisdiction where the crime was committed? That the crimes simply disappear?

What was the basis of the arrests all over the world and trial of Nazi war criminals?

The arrest, detention in Guantanamo bay and trial of the Talibans?

What kind of weed did you smoke this morning?

The day these people realised that legal procedures varies with velocity of case involved, the day they will realise that Kanu will be tried in Nigeria and nothing will happen.
I concur, but him being docile doesn't change anything and he is more like the assistant.. The main lawyer should be ifeanyi Ejiofor

Why not keep your arsenals close to your chest and wait to present your case in the court of law. The day your Messiah jumped bail, was the day he lost every rights that would be accorded to any human being. Too many cases waiting for him to answer. Even if he was kidnapped in the UK, the fact that he is here in his father's land nobody can take him back to UK not even Queen Elizabeth.

What led to him jumping bail? Is there not a reaction when an action is taken?

Under the new evidence act, evidence gotten through illegal means can now be endured in court as long as the evidence is relevant.

Hence Nnamdi Kanu been back whether illegally or legally doesn't matter as long as he is back.

The Supreme Court said in cases where personal liberty and National Security clashes, National Security takes the lead in cases of National Security, your personal right as a person doesn't matter.

You forgot to mention that this Kanu guy is not a Nigerian National. So what National Security are you talking about? Can you apply an American law on a Ghanaian citizen that was abducted in Croatia when his country didn’t give you any court order to extradite or arrest or try that person?
Even before the US went for Hushpuppi, they had diplomatic approval from Nigeria (his country of citizenship) and UAE (where he resided) and the 3 countries had a joint operation where the major ops was led by the US but Nigeria and UAE gave intel.

Did Britain give intel to Nigeria or support the abduction of Kanu by the FG of Nigeria? If they were involved, then that act you mentioned holds or in Kanu was stateless, then it holds also.

You need to stop seeing Kanu as a Nigerian first but a British. Then you will have a better and clearer picture.

You think it’s by chance that the Nigerian judges are embarking on an indefinite vacation 2 weeks to July 26th? That’s because there wasn’t any bases to abduct that Kanu guy. I’m not speaking as IPOB or Yoruba Nation or Arewa but with common sense.
