Kingsnairaland: There is no problem with that. I often quote the scriptures when it's necessary for instance if i'm chatting with an atheist who feels God's word makes no sense i will quote (write out the words) before or after i've explained the PRACTICAL APPLICATION of what the text says. For example: After proving to an atheist that their intellect is low when compared to that of true Christians i will quote: "He catches the wise in their own cunning, So that the plans of the shrewd are thwarted" Job 5:13 But for a person like you who claims you love God's word i will only cite the scripture since you say you love Jesus (the word of God) i think you shouldn't have any problem picking up your copy of the Bible to see for yourself what is written there. So if you're truly in love with Jesus (the word of God) just pick up any version of the Bible and read whenever i cite the scripture for you, after all you should have a complete Bible if not a hard copy at least a soft copy on your mobile device! |
