Hello everyone!

***
1)Sponsor(father) as a civil servant plus cocoa, poultry & timber biz with prove of receipts, invoice of selling to company's, how legit and convincing are these biz docs, in absence of CAC docs?

2) What are the documents of place of work as a civil servant, latest letter of promotion, I.d card?? Is that all?

3)Why MyBankStatement....Is it the same with Bank statement of account for 6 months?

4) Must it be 72hrs before traveling to Canada before we do a Covid '19 test, not now or anytime?

5) Please all, what is introduction letter from place of work (for sponsor), is it just a letterheaded stating his nature of job or can he just type it on any A4 paper formally written?

Thank you. Does the note point to any other thing please?

Info sharing and other requirements is still in progress. I can't make sense of why it's taking forever. When submitting your CAC document. Let them know your application has exceeded standard processing time.

Please what's a counterfoil? My spouse has gotten his passport back with LOI. I'm not sure he got anything called a counterfoil. Help!

Congratulations to your spouse. Did your spouse reapply or went through judicial review. If he reapplied did he change his course of study to healthcare administration or the same business management. Wish your husband all the best in Canada

Hello Nairalanders. The trust we are all doing great. After waiting for over 7weeks my GCMS finally came in today and I have attached screenshots for the gurus to help interpret. I noticed my deferred admission letter sent via web form is not updated. I also didn't see an update of my medical though it has been updated to pass on my profile. I see the information sharing is still in progress which is a surprise as my application was submitted since February. I intend to send them business registration documents again as we have submitted at the initial date and some current jobs my spouse is handling via webform tomorrow. Please let me know if there's anything I should add. Thanks in advance.

Keep hope alive. This might just come with approval.

The info sharing is still in progress; perhaps IRCC awaits a response from one of their migration partners based on your shared biometrics details.

It appears your file has been transferred to a senior person who awaits some info to enable him/her to make a final decision, and by God's grace, this would be positive.

You can resend your spouse's business registration documents via web form if you feel the need to send them. I remember requesting for my GCMS notes out of curiosity even after approval and observed that the initial case analyst assessed me positively on all factors but had issues with my home ties yet the Senior Immigration officer noted he was satisfied and granted approval. Sometimes GCMS notes might not be 100% perfect but will still come with approval.

Hopefully, I read your good news soon.

Am glad u gave me so much insight God bless you
Lekiboboe:

Do a research on

Master of Taxation (MTax) at
University of Waterloo, Ontario

The other Masters degree program that has something to do with Taxation in Canadian Universities is TAXATION LAW,

With your Academic qualification & your certifications, I would suggest you go for a Research-Based Program in a Canadian University in which your RESEARCH FOCUS would be "Taxation or Taxation Law"

How can you do that, google "Professors of Taxation Canada" , you would see Google search results bringing out PROFESSORs, list of faculties members whose Research Area/Focus is on TAXATION, check out one or two article of each respective professors, once you see the one/one's you have a match with in terms of Research, you would need to send a non-generic mail (cold mail) to them to show interest in their research focus.

See this Professor

Professor Li at York University, Canada is interested in supervising projects in the area of taxation law
https://www.osgoode.yorku.ca/faculty-and-staff/li-jinyan/

Note: you must attach a Well drafted and well detailed Academic CV to your Cold Mail

The above google search method would fetch you POTENTIAL PROFS. in TAXATION LAW, so do your due diligence

Mail Subject: Prospective Graduate Student 2022
OR
Prospective Masters Student 2022

The contents in the link below is your plug on how to go about graduate school application in Canada. There is a document attached in the link below which has an Academic CV & Cold Mail content. Draft your ACADEMIC CV exactly the way it is there based on your Academic Profile & Educational Background
