Our mentality and pride of family name makes us a different breed. We are OK like that

.

When you're from a royal family with probability of becoming a king in the future, you must certainly put emphasis on having males children.

But for me, I prefer female children any day; my male siblings can fight for the throne for all I care.

My mom is very beautiful. So, my mom is late, and when we gave birth to my first child, she is the exact replica of my mother. I will never need any DNA test. See the way I worship this girl ehnn.

If you want to live longer, Give birth to female children.
I have 2 beautiful girls and I'm very grateful to God for them.
I've always prayed to God to give me a female child.

Men will always take their Family as their primary responsibility over their parents when they get married, but the female child will always take good care of their parents even adding that responsibility to their husbands grin

Is there really why people prefer the boy child? Why do people go through so much stress in search of male children? Christianity as a religion has certainly had some influence on this. Still, African traditional religious systems, Islamic religion and others, hold women in some lower class.

All this reasons are not applicable in North, the females are Golds while the males are Almajiries, though as for me They are all child's with equal rights.

For me its not culture related.
Raising a female child in these immoral times is scary when I think of it.

Imagine watching my own daughter's sextape with one guy ramming her senselessly going viral online. Chai!! cry

I'll kill her then take my own life.
what of the guy ramming the lady...why do we see the oart of the lady only as immoral but tolerate the immoral part of the guy ?

This explains why a male child is held with high regards.
Mr Jude Kristen have two children a boy and a girl, let's call the boy Dave and the girl Cynthia
Dave got married and his wife and children are all answering Kristen their grand father name. Hance the name is living on.
Cynthia got married and now bears the husband surname.
Jude Kristen died and because he has a male child his name is living on.
Let's say if Cynthia was the only child and she got married his name won't live on so because of such circumstance a male child is held with high regards than a female.

The females are golds like you said because they make money selling them off.

female kids na stress to train o..

the way this young boys dey hang their leg..i fear for my female kids oo embarassed embarassed embarassed embarassed embarassed embarassed embarassed cry cry cry cry

That's because you delibrately don't want to train the boys to stop hanging thier legs. You let the boys lose, you even encourage them, and then you turn around to complain the girls' legs are getting spread apart.

Generally, over 95% of African women nowadays don't have common sense......it's very simple.

Meanwhile, you can go and ask God why he created Adams before Eve....#Feminists....

It is what women must do.womsn must fall in love and open their pussybto be bleeped by a mad man they are in love with.and she will be bleeped anywhere even in the places u consider sacred in the house u use ur sweat to build for years.

Wealth and name don't endure in the hands of women so men seek male but again most male kids are bastards.men forcing wife's to go get male makes wife Bleep other men.

Unless God loves you.man just run Helter skelter on this male kid issue.

Unless u want to say yr daughter should not fall in love or have sex or get Marty, only then will.mam be comfortable passing on his wealth and name to a daughter.

Daughters are fighting back some don't drop their father good name after marriage and some allow themselves to be de- womanised by thinking hard before falling in love with any man

The most important thing is to preserve the family's name and if a girl child can't do it... Oga no go rest o... Male child has a lot of responsibility lying on their shoulders even before they were born (either with silver spoon or not)...
How many male children are responsible in the family!? Everything still fall back to the female Child just 3% male children are useful!? God have mercy but 50% female are responsible for their father and mother they will still care for their husbands and kids and go home to care for their siblings how many male children Care!?

Sfrom my experience as an Igbo, the male children are needed to continue the family name while the female children are the once that take care of their parents in old age. Once a male child marries he faces his new family and gives more to in-laws than his parents. If am allowed to choose the gender of only three kids, I will choose two females and one male.

Whichever one is blessed with should be raised in the fear of the Lord. People keep emphatic on what they have no power over. Many family names some claim are being preserved makes no difference, so why stress?

I had a professor who took on the wife's last name, I don't know why though. He's from Sweden and the wife's family is originally European however, she grew up in Canada. They met while he was a visiting student at her own institution.
