I think the issues they have with Jehovah witness are 1. not involving in politics and preaching against it.
2. Not supporting the Russian military police or any defense and condemning it.
3. Refusing blood transfusion when it's obvious that one needed it to survive.

Politics is one of the divisive tools that the ruler of this world, Satan uses to keep the vast majority of mankind under his control.

Moreover, one cannot serve two Masters. Either a person supports one government over the other. Jehovah’s Witnesses each chose(they aren’t not forced) to support the only Kingdom-government that will completely eradicate human problems and satisfy the desire of every living thing(Psalm 145:16), this Kingdom doesn’t originate from man’s efforts(Matthew 6:10, John 18:36) and it is the only Kingdom that will overthrow all these other governments that are oppressing mankind today. JW’s also do not take up arms for other scriptural admonitions to be peaceable.We understand that learning how to kill and going to war to actually kill is at odds with Christian love.

Our Bible trained conscience didn't permit and it's unthinkable that a true Christian, obeying the authorities, grips a gun, aims at a stranger and blows his brains off.
The stranger could be our brother or sister in FAITH.

And it's not a question of cowardice. Many of us are imprisoned, tortured and even killed because of our unique faith as it is going on in RUSSIA currently and other countries
