I'm a microbiologist and I worked in a medical lab during my IT days, I'm going to share the logic our Doctor approved. During your ovulation period...try and mate on the third or fourth day of your ovulation stage...the egg would have been mature then. More matured than the first and second day of your ovulation period. We're not God but I've seen testimonies. My little contribution though

It would be done via IVF.

After the first stage which is fertilisation, they will fly the embryo out of the country to separate the male and the female. (No hospital in Nigeria have this equipment as at today.)

You will do a gender selection before they transfer the embryo to your womb.

I hope pepper rest and una get money for the Male Child to come and inherit. cos it is rude to be poor and still be selecting for God.

Also educate your illiterate husbands that HE is the one that carries X / Y chromosomes and having a boy is majorly dependent on him and not you

You want boy, you want boy. when the guy break through, his wife and the wife's family go enjoy plenty before dem remember u. (Confirm from people who don marry not all these boys wey no get bearing of their lives yet.)

the man should have sex on a hard surface, like on a bare floor, pinned to the wall, etc...that was what my married friend told me o. And he has two boys and a girl.

Go to a health centre and talk to the family planning department. Tell her about ur circle and she will monitor it for 2-3 months, then she can tell u when to have unprotected sex. But u must pay her for her to be serious abt it.

Well, there's a drug you can use that determines the gender, the probability is 0.5%.

Let me come in here, note I tried it and taught someone and it worked.

A week (7days) after your menstruation, go close to your husband for sex. When your menstrual period is over, start from that day and count.

Girls are usually 2-5days after your menstrual cycle.

Believe this and it will surely work.
