From my observations , I came to the following conclusions
1. The girl has been in that particular section before . They should review previous recordings showing that particular camera .
2. It’s either she has mental issues or sent by someone . She kept looking to ensure no one was in that aisle .
3. Someone passed there just after the fire started, looked down the aisle and didn’t see it . That is suspect .
3. Someone saw that fire before it spread. How was it that their response time was so slow that the fire could not be contained ? Did they have extinguishers ? Sprinklers etc . Are their personnel trained on how to use the fire extinguishing apparatuses there ?
4. Insurance fraud is a real thing , they should investigate that Ebeano too.

My take is they should this investigate well . The girl is either mad or someone/people sent her . It’s possible her mom is innocent .

I can't say the girl was sent by her mum or that she is possessed with something or even sick.

My concern is...where was the mother when the girl wondered away to start the fire? Even when she was watching from afar to confirm it was burning, she was still alone. Who allows their child just wonder away especially in this times when people are very careful and wary of kidnappers.

Omo I clearly wrote that empty gas cylinders did not cause the fire, what more do u want me to say.

Your question is not related to the topic of discussion, that section of the super market is were they sell gas items, the girl started the fire with one of the gas lighter not an empty gas cylinder.

But to answer your totally unrelated question, fire is cause by fuel, heat and oxygen. There's oxygen in the atmosphere, fuel could be any petroleum products, paper, wood etc. And by heat I mean lighter, spark from engine plug, cigar that not quench etc.

So unless there's some form of residual fuel in the empty gas cylinders, there no way an empty gas cylinder will just start or cause fire automatically.

we all at some point in time have done something really nasty as a kid that would have killed us or caused major harm to our family or ourselves but then it's out of innocence or probably ignorance as a kid.

But something is really different in this case.
From her step towards the gas area and how she took the lighter and light out the gas, she even stopped when someone passed by and continue again seconds after. She successful light up the fire knowing fully well the gas would ignite other items and burn really well.

She was looking back just to be sure of what she's has done and left that scene immediately. To me, this is intentional.

A kid that doesn't have a glue of what she's doing would happily stay there and watch the fire burn to her amusement.. infact an innocent kid would try and light up another item out of ignorance and even keep the lighter for herself to play with next time. Almost every kid would love the sound of a gas leaking rather than lighting up a fire to it.

This little girl just carried out someone's assignment.

I won't be surprised if this was a revenge by someone or just a hoax by the owner himself but believe you me, that little eve is not the real demon here
