PART 2 & 3 of my story grin

2. I spent the better part of yesterday to fix car (nothing major), I didn't go online till 3pm, so I end up staying out till late in the night. On my way home from the island around 10:30pm, I got a request from Tejuosho Rd to Omole phase 1 for 2k. The fare was kind of poor, but the road is free and I have 2 coconut head dragging same trip with me, so I jumped on it on d second roll (either way I'll have to blow empty to Ogba). We got to destination, rider gave me 2500, cos I told her what she input is omole gate and that's where I ought to drop her, next time she should put the right address, so the money will b accurate with distance covered. Few miles away, I received a call from rider, oga! Please come back, I need to buy something from the super market, please I'll pay you, my ear on hearing I'll pay u, opened wide like those antennas that uses remote control, that was how I put my car for reverse. She hopped into the car, oga! Abeg I just won buy Craig David and drinks, d host hand over 3k to her and ask her to get drink and Craig David. As we r about to exit the street, d host left a msg on the girl phone asking her not to bother coming back, his wife is around (guy man don use me discharge the girl cheesy). Time is fast shooting up and she don't know what to do, oga! U fit carry me go back? To where? Where u carry me from nah cheesy me: u no know say curfew dey? Make police catch me, collect all the money I make since morning. We were in the girl car for 20 mins beating ard what to do as drivers wont pick her request, she refused to alight, I felt for her, but the situation was so hopeless and made me think thro what this girls go thro in d line of their hustle, I've seen cases like this where the guy won't turn up and the lday will have to eat dia humble pie (maybe one day we all will share our experience on this and how will handled it). Las Las I help her find baba iyabo and didn't wait for them to agree on price, b4 I pick race, I felt bad somehow for doing that, but I check on her later in the middle of the night to see if she's home.

Part 3

Patiently I was searching for Island trip, gbam! Something harbour flash, I didn't even bother to check well, thought it was the habour around Wilmot Point, even till I got to PU and pick d rider, my mind was still flashing VI, until she asked, if I know Apapa very well. I gave the app a second look and saw Habour Rd NNS, hmm! Dice map and saw 43 mins, smh on 3600. Well! One thing must kee a man, we move. The man she was supposed to meet kept calling, raking for her, me I don't even know the NNS is related to Navy until I got to the Harbour Rd, that's how this man change em for me, ask the girl not to pay and we should come inside d base. Unfortunately he was waiting by the gate, when I drove passed the main entrance to another gate, he called and asked if we are the one that just pass? The girl say yes, he ask us to turn back and I told him I am following the map abi? I will see sometin today. Got to the gate, the girl was scared to pay, she have to follow his instruction. Me: thinking will I leave my money or dare the devil. I entered d Naval yard, oga say make I come down "u r wasting time so that ur money will increase abi, that's how u ppl do". Me I was still cracking a smile like is not that serious. He goes again "you they laff inside military base abi, u go know where u deh now" call boys, I begin speak for Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa grin he said I'll have to run round their parade ground. I am already getting set to do my time, when one of them sight me, ask me to come, I told him what happened and he was angry and request for the man to come, right inside of me, I was like oga! Abeg no add fire for this matter, cos I don't know who senior who. Before I knew they pay me my money plus 200 on it. What happened to the man, I didn't wait, if not for car, I'm sure my leg will b hitting my head. I'll never carry anything military again, those guys sick. Thanks to Bro Nnamdi Ewenighi, never knew Agu Neche Mba can calm nerve like it did today.

What's the difference between kia cerato 2008 with 1.6l and kia Rio 2008 with 1.4l engine?
Is 1.4l engine not good for uber in Nigeria?
Because kia cerato 1.6l engine cost above 500k.
Carshopper:
Why do I always say kia rio 1.6L 2007-2008

Simple .... They are strong, fuel economical and parts available.

A lot of people have said that parts for the hyundai n kia comes mostly brand new and expensive... my thoughts on this would be isn't it good to buy brand new parts that you can estimate the life span than buy tokunbo parts that the lifespan isn't predictable (all things been equal).

Acceptability by riders ... not all riders love fanciful rides and every one loves the Kia Rio come of its compact feel (I have 3 presently and no complains frim riders)

The most important factor I consider when getting a ride for e-hailing is how much is the two important parts for the vehicle which is

1. The engine

2. The transmission

I have come to see that's both parts are cheap over the regular Toyota corolla (recently did an engine upgrade from 1.4L to a 1.6L on a kia rio )

With this few points of mine, I hope I have been about to give u an insight on the vehicles I prefer for e-hailing bizness grin cheesy

Don't mind them, they have one of the lowest fares and they still charge a whooping 25%.

Pension is a scam.

Pension never takes into account inflation. Pensioners today that we know and see are paid a stipend monthly. From a pension scheme that invests their hard earned money and pay them monthly peanuts like they're doing them a favour.

Many pensioners have been receiving 20k monthly for the past 10 years. If they had taken their life into their hand, they would have invested their own savings in businesses, real estate, etc that they control themselves. Trust me, people like me will never get a 20k monthly pension in this life, or the next.

Slavery na choice. What I post isn't for everyone.

Pension is not scam, as much as I feel most of this insurance policies r needless, but that old age and housing pension is kind of necessary due to the political instability will have in this country. The basic thing is perception, u as a soul must do what work for u, not everyone can handle business, just as not everyone can sit in the office. The basic thing is plan your retirement well... all my life I've been a risk taker, even when bitcon was dipping, I wasn't even bothered cos I've lost way beyond that. What am I trying to say in essence, in this journey of life, I learnt to appreciate the little things, you will never know the value of eggs in different basket, till u lost all ur eggs in one basket cos u want to take big shot at once. Lost ur millions in bid to gain billion, trust u will appreciate thousand. Honestly the saving grace some old men have today is d pension, that's why u see them queue and fight all they could to have it. Imagine if those things weren't there? They would have lavish it, just as the lavish their salaries and there's always a saying that if one can't manage little, such still won't b able to manage much. 3.6m is a big figure, but in reality chop suya, drink 2 bottles of odeku, money don deh dip be that cheesy I always tell myself if pension is my last hope of survival, then I failed woefully.

Guys, If you use MTN and you park inside Tejuoso car park, you no go see single network to end or accept trip. Yesterday, PU Mushin market [1.9x] drop off: Tejuoso car park- MTN Network disappear as soon as I enter car park. I couldn't end trip ; the guy even wasted my time loading my vehicle with carton, hoping he'll settle me. As no network, He gave me 2K, say, highest trip na 1,400, tip like 600.. Omo, as I found network, trip ended 2,200. I vex men. That 200 naira de pain me.. Even if I no later get tip, but my 200 naira pain me.

Pls how do you, use style to tell a guy that you just picked his babe from another guys house.

I picked this fresh buttyish looking girl with lil accent from an estate in Land bridge and a tall guy accompanied her out but didn’t get to the car. She came in looking tired but soft voice and very cool. She’s been very cool even on phone. Looks so decent damn (e dey pepper me)

Long story short immediately she got into the car she called someone and started apologizing “ I know you angry with me, I’m sorry my phone was on silent . I’m already on my way in Uber I’m so sorry.”

Got to TPPD estate on lekki conservation and she told me to pls wait she wants to change and I will take them to ologolo hmmm.
Gbam she came down with a fresh guy like yankee freshness. Na so then dey do love birds inside car , she put her head on his laps touching and all. I was trying to cut eye for the guy dt nooooo na lie but guy man no send me. I waited maybe they will kiss so I can shout and say that was how you kissed the other guy but the girl was looking at me smiling like why you dey stare.

Finally I realized they were going to house agent but of them wan move could they be thinking of marriage? So I stopped cutting the guy eye as d mumu guy no even send me.
