One of my favourite traditional dish

Spaghetti Carbonara..... This dish is from Rome, cooked spaghetti tossed into a hot pan with Guanciale(pork cheek) a mix of egg yolk, Pecorino Romano(cheese)and black pepper poured into the hot pasta.
