Hate him or like Dr Alli Pantanmi is an Asset to Nigeria.I think his achievements iare a threat to some people.Alot are never comfortable with the NIN that is making everyone to keep his records straight against falsification of Age and varied Name.Look at Jamb, network provider,Banks,Immigration, waec are all adopting NiN as condition to track business with them. The same way Sanusi introduced BVN that hit the dubious and called him Names..Is it that those agency accepting Pantanmi leading the policy with constitutional back are not intelligent? Or the critics are More Intelligent?
People are always resistance to change

Hmmm good luck with that in Naija

500 feet
5G operates in a high-frequency band of the wireless spectrum. Because high frequency waves have a harder time traveling over distance & through objects, the 5G network will be built on small cell site technology with antennas as close as 500 feet apart. shocked

We don't even have real 4G network because the capacity of 3g is hardly ever reached yet they want to introduce 5g when we get 3g speed or less with 4g. Rubbish

The minister said that the decision to deploy the 5G network followed an outcome of thorough investigations, research, and trial absolving it of posing a security or health threat. ...

Pantami, who said that the primary concern of the government was to ensure the security and welfare of Nigerians in their utilisation of services in the telecommunications sector, blamed the delay in the deployment of the 5G network on conspiracy theories.

There were concerns that COVID-19 was associated with the deployment of the 5G communications network. ...

“The World Health Organisation has issued a statement that there is no relationship between 5G network and COVID-19 and that addresses the health issue.

5G does pose a security threat, depending on who installs it and who operates it. There have been concerns that 5G, installed by certain companies, could contain spy or hacking equipment, unknown to the receiver. Does Nigeria have a way of detecting or preventing such a threat?

The health threat from 5G is real. 5G is not a single frequency, but a range of frequencies.
It includes microwaves. Imagine "microwave emissions" in the open and public space.
The health threat depends on who is tuning or activating the frequency.

What was said by some persons in early 2020 was that 5G, when tuned to frequencies of 60 GHz and above, could have side effects on living things (plants and animals, including humans).

Does 5G cause Covid-19?
No

Can 5G, when tuned to certain frequencies and not properly handled, result in side effects which may include blood disorders and/or breathing problems?
Probably

When side effects of 5G occur in humans, these effects are often blamed on Covid-19.

Illiterate man. Is it the government that will deploy 5G or the Telcos and secondly of what use is 5G to Nigeria? Nigeria is too backward to reap the claimed benefits of 5G

You just wonder how these people take us for a ride, thinking they can just do anything with the citizens all in the name of achieving their own agenda and not doing things in the interest of the country.

The minister just want to remain relevant. FG concluded silly research that was not made available for the citizens to see. When we know that the government uses copy and paste style.

5g also causes radioactive mutations when exposed on living organisms for long.
