The reason almost everybody got this rescheduling message was because of a hitch in their system.
1. Some people got 26/25
2. Some people answered only 10 questions but got 25/25
3. Some people missed their exams because of inproper annoucement channel
4. Some people were not able to login because of token issue

Is it even those that wasn't shortlisted initially.so everyone that applied got the messages....why all this stress when it is never a fair recruitment..This is so pathetic...I know how this type of recruitment usually end... FRSC 2018...

1. The application advert then never stated it's ICPC. It was just an anonymous advert.

2. There was no application slip nor email to reference the application then, it was just a onscreen pop-up of " your application has being submitted successfully" kind of.

They are not sending text to random people. Most people that applied didn't remember and are not even aware it's ICPC application they did then. And it's being long, so many can't remember.

Please help a brother. I got the SMS yesterday for the test slated between 25th and 27th of this month but yet to receive the mail

I think it was randomly sent as sms but to those that received the token, they will have access to the test. Because i know of someone who never applied at all and got the sms.

True I was also surprised when I got the SMS this morning considering I didn't apply, so I decided to search for DCSL on my email only to realise I applied in January of 2020, but didn't hear from them not until today, but I am yet to get the said email from them.

Well, if you are sure he didn't apply, then another explanation could be that it's possible he acquired that phone number recently, and that it might have been used by it previous owner to apply.

I didn't apply and received the text msg. I even search my mail using keyword 'DCSL" but to my surprise not a single mail from dem about my application. Also, my phone number has my name on it for almost seven years now.

Just got the mail now. Test is for tomorrow between 9am and 4pm sha
