They are yet to get across to my school and mu application is almost 5 months old.

Hi guys, I want to apply to college for certificate program, can someone apply to university for their certificate program. Does it have to be only colleges for certificate program. Kindly respond to this please

Secondly - Applying for spouse, which is better with study permit (Swop or visiting visa)

As far as it is a GRADUATE CERTIFICATE program the university is offering, the university is a DLI and offers PGWP, you are good to go.

Be careful not to apply for an ORDINARY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM , ordinary certificate program is just like an ORDINARY DIPLOMA.
