You need to change your mindset. Instead of seeing things not going as planned as a bad thing, try to see it as a good thing

My life so far hasn't gone as planned but looking back, I'm very happy with how things went and I'm very happy with where I am. Through the hard times, I made sure to look at the positive side of things

I don't know what you're going through, but please look for the good in every situation. This saying "Everything happens for a reason" really helped me. It kept reminding me to look for the good. And please, don't waste time worrying about anything. Take matters into your hands and do something about it
