Sounds like herpes, visit the doctor for a test . Herpes can be transmitted even when you use condom, the person might have a sore in the mouth And u kissed. If it's herpes it pays to treat it.

It could be geniral warts but you just have to go and carry all necessary test and know what the problem is and make sure you use the dugs they prescribe to you in the hopital religiously.

Op what you have may be human papillloma viral infection( genital warts). Its one of the diseases that can transmitted via scrotolabial contact.. that is, condom doesn't prevent its transmission..before u have money for proper check up, u can start applying antiviral like acyclovir cream.
The virus is d leading cause of cervical cancer in women however there are screening test for women against the disease..so u advise ur sexual partner to go for d screening...
