Where you told it’s in Brussels?
If so, ask for your file number, call the office in Brussels..

Normally it takes six weeks after your submission at the embassy.

Thanks. One question: if one's sponsor resides in Belgium, how does the sponsor go about getting the sponsorship form? And is it required for the sponsor to send the form from Belgium to the student in Nigeria or the sponsor can submit it to them over there?

Good day everyone. Please, is the 3 year Bachelor degrees in Belgium equivalent to a 4 year Bachelor degree? I will like to know if anyone has successfully completed the 3 year degree and used it to apply for postgraduate degree in either Canada or the US. Thank you for your time.

They should contact the Stad where they live. They will provide detailed information about how to sponsor a student

I did my interview on the 18th of August and collected my passport on the 27th of August.

So you check for the University you have been admitted to

Wow that was fast, my interview was on the 25th and I am yet to hear from them. Even tried contact the FPS office by phone, I couldn't reach but I've had to send an email.

Did you send a sealed transcript alongside your admission dossier or you notarized the copy you have and sent to them?

My school is willing to send only the transcript to them directly thereby hindering me from attaching other required document.
Would sincerely appreciate a response.
