Which mumu oil money? 97% of the projects Buhari is executing are financed with loans from China. It begs the question, "What's the old man doing with all the money Nigeria generates?" |

Yes. This has been completed. Agbor is the biggest station on the Warri-Itakpe rail line. I think it is going to be a major rail hub in the long term. The train has a lot of potential. It will ease the current hardships being faced by road passengers. People come from Bayelsa to catch the Warri train to Itakpe. Despite the morning train having a capacity of more than 500 people, it gets full in the shortest time. But, one thing still baffles about the southern governors. What stops them from having a common front to Abuja to push for extension of rail lines. Link PH to say Agbor, Yenagoa to Agbor. Instead of fighting FG upandan, why not leverage your high negotiating power of oil revenues to drive such projects? This is politics- if you dont play the game well, you'll be outcast On a general note, as a northerner i find it disheartening how most governors in Niger Delta are underperforming despite the high oil revenues. Many states in the north have better infrastructural imprints even with far lower allocations. At the end of the day, the state governors will be pitting the citizens against the FG when actually most of their problems are localised. If we dont change our mindsets in this country, we are going no where. Shalom 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Sufferingboy: Calm down there's a framework in place Okowa isn't the one calling the shots in delta, thus the reason he was allowed to run his full tenure uninterrupted. Ijaw will get their turn but the framework is for peaceful coexistence... Thank God okowa have used his tenure to develop the north of Delta. 1 Like |
