The highlighted is a lie. I'm not standing brief for Ibori, but name a project done by Ibori in Delta Central that wasn't replicated in Delta South and Delta North?

You might blame him for citing most of the Delta Central projects in his home town, Oghara; but not isolating the other two regions.

As for Uduaghan, he was neither here nor there as he spent most of his tenure building the Asaba Airport, a project he did not finish as well.
