were is uba half year result? Did I miss it?

UBA sent letter to NSE yesterday that they submitted their Audited half year result to CBN on 17August. That they hope CBN will release it on or before 10th September. Hope interim dividend of at least 25K is included.

Honeywell
* Honeywell was valued at N7.33 book value.........safe margin ...
* Investdata valued it @N12 based on current performance and near future value......
Analysts outside the country valued it at around 30......
This could be some of the reasons driving the share price of Honeywell..........in addition to a rumour likely going around........ tongue

OK. 25k from UBA will be great.
Not expecting anything less than 20k from them.

Good day House,
Please I have an observation that I need clarification on if anyone can help.
I have noticed that the highest bid or lowest offer before the commencement of the Market Makers trading session are not the same after their trading.
For example, Going into the commencement  of MM trading, Buyer A has the highest bid/lowest offer.
However at the end of MM trading period, while A is told his order expired without being filled, the highest bid being shown afterwards is lower than that of A and not that of A. So my question is whose bids are now being shown at the end of MM trading.

I hope you are talking about Nigerian stock exchange trading?
If yes, the market is in two sessions, the pre- market period and the general market trading period.
The pre- market(9.30-10am) and (2.20-2.30 closing time) is not for you.You are giving a time to trade and MM's also have their time.
I will advice you pay more attention on the market hrs and not get yourself confused with the work of mm or players.
Emmasoft is a stockbroker in our midst. If he understands your question, he can help to balance the equation.

@Locodemy said it all.
Sincerely, I will advice you as a trader or investor concentrate on what happens between that 10am and 2.20pm the other sessions of the market especially the last 10mins don't bother yourself because the more you look the less you see. It's not that there is any fraud but that last 10mins is for MM as their name implies they make the market that period.

This is just speculators having a field day. I hope people don't get their fingers burnt here. Well this is time for payment of school fees.

Better for them.
Due to their high opening account balance then, I was unable to open an account with them.
If you don't receive me when am small I can't go back to you when am big ( unless you are the only option left).
I guess they are getting to understand this.
Thank God "boys" are now "men".

Their Profit after tax greatly improved. We expect even more by full year.
Full year EPS is projected to come towards N5. So an improvement in full year dividend should not be out of place.

Chai! Boss, you can assist to do the breakdown and give us the likely fair value nah. smiley

BTW, what's driving Honeywell may purely not be based on fundamentals but something outside it.
Oba is facing different debt challenges, he may want to use what he has to get himself out of the debtors nets........and Honeywell coy readily comes to mind.
The rush for Honeywell was/is aggressive, so insiders may know what we don't know yet.

They will be handing over their Agbara plant to Fidson in this quarter as we heard early last year.
You can stay clear now or look for Fidson rather.
