Thank you!

Few clarifications please

1. Can fresh ata rodo(scotch bonnet) be used as substitute for the chili oil?

2. The cooked rice, does it need to be basmati or the normal regular cap rice? What is the level cooking that needs to be achieved with the pre-coooked rice before stir-frying?

1. I used fresh ata rodo and ground cameroon pepper for its aroma and pungency.

2. I used regular rice. Any rice will work though. The rice should be firm; not overly soft or hard, just firm and chewable
