And when they talk about the “Forget”, they are not talking about the hurting. They are actually still in love deep inside. Everyday people talk about how first love is impossible to forget but I don't get it. Is there any love that you can forget? Can you forget the love you had with you 6th, 7th or Nth Love?

The first girl I dated was when I was in secondary school and even my teachers knew about her because I was good in class so she was like "the celebrity girlfriend".

But she's not even the girl that broke my heart the most even though she was the one that ended the relationship.

The one that broke my heart was even during my NYSC. She discovered I was a player and decided to end everything and never looked back. I did everything to win her back, I changed, started behaving well but na, she was adamant. I had over 10 girlfriends after her but she's still the one that hurts me the most

I believe the deepest heartbreak mustn't come from first love. It can come from any love and I think this " first love" issue is overrated.

You have never forgotten her because she shocked you with how she stuck to her decision to dump you due to your irresponsible action of dating/fvcking multiple ladies other than her. You took her for granted and thought if she finds out she would be easy to win back only to get the shock of a life time when she dumped you and stuck to her decision despite your pleas and “change of attitude”. You never expected it and you felt your ego heavily bruised by her actions, hence you have never forgotten her since then.

First love is the first exposure to romantic affairs .... We hardly forget our first love, first mistakes , first errors .......

My first girl still dey shack me till tomorrow but the lesson I learnt is that there is no reason to date or romantic relationship except you are ready to marry ....

That's was my first and last relationship (I only had female friends).... Once it scattered within 2 years, I see no reason for romantic relationship unless you are ready for marriage or babies ......

I’m still with my first love, we have probably broken up more than 20times but always find way to come back to each other .

It’s been 10 crazy years but I still do love him like the first day I met him. Even though sometimes I do tell everyone what a jerk he is, especially when he got me upset but he’s still the one who knows best how to make me happy.

We have been through the teenage days, both bad and worse days. Days we both did hurtful things and days we both had nothing but laugher , tears and happiness.

The more we quarrel, the stronger the love. We haven’t aged one bit, we still play like spoilt teenagers. Lol . He still carries me on his back , like he did when he was 18 , and I would giggled like I did, when I was 17.

I’m his first love too.
