I have heard the same about a former Akwaibom governor. So it could be true. A friend met him at a function and he gave her serious cash just for her appearance. There was an offer to meet him after the event though that she didn't grant.

I think women are emotionally wired that once they're really in love, they can't keep those past to themselves. They see it as being unfair or more like a burden to want to keep off their chest.
